The space
This beautiful dream villa is located in the heart of Cocotal Golf Course and is the perfect Punta Cana getaway for groups or families. The villa is a 5-minute drive to Bavaro and Los Corales Beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities; the gated community is right before shopping centers and supermarkets.
A place to spend time with friends and family
The villa offers all the comforts of home. TVs are in the living room and one of the bedrooms, air conditioning is in each bedroom, and mosquito nets are provided if you prefer to enjoy the fresh air. Three of the bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a small guest toilet in the living room and large walking closets in the bedrooms.
Place for dining inside the villa
There is a very large private backyard with a golf and pool view, a private pool, a gazebo, an indoor and outdoor dining area, and an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Guests have access to the entire house. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included, as are maid’s services. If you need a personal chef, it can be organized too (extra fee).

The villa has 5 bedrooms with 7 beds for 12 people: 4 king-size beds, 2 single beds, 1 crib, and 1 king-size bed in the villa’s living room.

Guest access
The villa is nestled within a private, gated resort community. For security purposes, all guests staying at the villa must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club prior to arrival.
You’re welcome to have visitors during your stay! However, anyone who isn’t staying overnight needs to register with the resort by showing a valid ID. There’s a fee for registering visitors, and the resort has the right to deny access to anyone if necessary.
To finalize your booking, you’ll need to sign a separate rental agreement that outlines the house rules. Just a heads up that there are security cameras by the front door (including a doorbell camera) and on the back patio, but these will be disabled for your privacy during your stay.

- Guest Registration: All guests staying at the villa, including those in your party, must be pre-registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. This applies to both primary renters and any additional guests.
- Outside Guests: Visitors are welcome; however, all outside guests must register with the resort upon arrival and present a valid form of identification. An additional fee will be applied for registration. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
- Security Cameras: The villa has security cameras installed. They can be disabled during your stay to ensure your privacy.

The villa is located in Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Cocotal is a large, gated resort and residential community with 24-hour security. It is a top choice for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.

Our stay was wonderful! Nena was so amazing and really helped us in any way possible! She is the best part of renting this place! Everything was really great except the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms but luckily we had an extra room! We also would of liked the hot tub who work as well that would of made things much better. But overall the place was great!

This home is very nice. The house was clean and has enough space for the family. Our only complaint was that there was no hand soap, shampoo, or even dish soap provided. For the price point you would think something this simple would be provided. Overall we would stay here again...just making sure to bring essentials and drinking water with us.

La ubicación para ir tanto con família, cómo con amigos es muy buena, ya que cuenta con la playa muy cerca y con supermercado, restaurantes, centro comercial cerca también. La casa es muy agradable, únicamente pediría un poco más de menaje en cocina, ya que no todo el que alquila se va siempre a desayunar, comer y cenar fuera. En nuestro caso, pasamos bastante tiempo en la villa y cocinamos allí. Bianca es una gran anfitriona, que está pendiente y responde al momento.

Awesome home. My wife, brother and I stayed here and had a blast. Binca was a great communicator and organized our excursions, airport transportation, and helped facilitate our meal plan at the house. Would definitely stay again. Maid was awesome as well. She prepared some great Dominican dishes and was very sweet. Outside area was our favorite!!

The moment I stepped foot inside Villa 515 my initial reaction was, "Holy crap. This place is even more incredible in person!" The pictures are pretty spot on with what you're getting except for the back yard. Back yard photos don't do it justice at all. So amazing! The little cabana thing was probably our favorite place to hang out during our stay. The bought a brand new gas grill days before our stay, which worked great. The daybed/sofa/lounge thing out there is so comfy it took a lot of effort to not let anyone sleep out there overnight (basically everyone wanted to at one point)! Binca and Illian were incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out. The maid on-site kept everything sparkling clean. You probably could have eaten off the floor she cleaned so much! The pool guy came by routinely to check the water and clean out any leaves. They run a tight operation! Things worth noting: - It only bothered me because I was battling some sinus issues and was coughing/clearing my throat a lot, but because it's all tile floors, etc. sound travels pretty far in the house. Something to consider if you need to get up in the middle of the night, etc. - Kitchen has silverware, dinner plates, wine glasses, knives, cutting boards, blender, oven, microwave, etc. most basic essentials for cooking. You have to provide any and all food if you want to cook there, including spices. Also if you are big on ice you will have to buy your own because the ice maker isn't automatic and you likely wouldn't have enough time to make enough ice with how small the ice trays are. - Wifi: if you are coming from the States and expecting to be able to have 8 people stream Netflix/Spotify whenever they want that will not be the case. Internet connection in DR across the board is slower than US, so it wasn't just the house. When I ran a speed test at Villa 515 they pulled down 2 MBPS and up .5 MBPS. Wasn't horrible, but got difficult at times because 8 people all excitedly trying to upload (Hidden by Airbnb) / (Hidden by Airbnb) stories all at once because they were so happy to be in a beautiful house it would slow down the connection for everyone and almost disable it completely. - Entrances: there are multiple entrances that you can take to get into the country club that Villa 515 is located in. If you don't go to the one with the security guard houses it will be a little complicated getting in the first time. Manageable, but you have to show them the listing on Airbnb etc. - Jacuzzi: there is currently no heater connected to the jacuzzi which is part of the pool. Not a deal breaker for us but if you were hoping to heat up before cooling off we weren't able to do that during our stay. Staying at this property was a big part of why our...
