Beautiful dream villa, located in the heart of Cocotal Golf Course, the perfect Punta Cana getaway for groups or families. It has 5 bedrooms. The villa 5 minutes driving to the beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities, the gated community is right in front of Palma Real shopping center and supermarket.
Guest access
The house offers all the comforts of being at home. TVs are in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, air conditioning in each bedroom, also mosquito nets if you prefer to enjoy the fresh air. In-suite bathrooms for 3 of the bedrooms, the 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom, plus there is a small guest toilet in the living room, large walking closets in the bedrooms, large private backyard with golf and pool view, private pool, gazebo, inside and outside dining area as well as indoors and outdoors kitchen. Guests would have access to the entire house. Wifi and TV cable included as well as maid’s services.
Guest interaction
We can be quickly at the house if required by the guest. Personalized services are offered, as well as additional assistance such as rent a car, tours, grocery shopping, private chef, etc.

We live in Punta Cana and we know the area perfectly well. We can help you with any questions and assist you to make your stay even more comfortable. One of us will be at the villa when you arrive to welcome you and to walk you through the house.
Neighborhood
Cocotal is settled in what once was a coconut plantation. Cocotal has two courses (18+9) and was designed by renowned architect Jose “Pepe” Gancedo, a six time Spanish champion. It is now a quiet gated community with excellent security, great golf views, close to the best beaches and Punta Cana’s nightlife. The house is suitable for private celebrations and gatherings

This is a great home very spacious with lots to offer. We spent most of our time outside in the pool area. Delcia is a great host, she can help you with anything that’s needed. She’s a great cook. If you don’t need her, you will not even notice she’s there. This community is a private community with a great golf course. We had an amazing stay. If you are looking to get away from the hotel scene and crowdedness then this is the place to stay. The beach is about a 10 minute drive which you can only access by exiting the Cocotal area in car, you will not hear or see the beach from this house. You will have to drive there yourself. This was a very relaxing stay. We were a large family of 10 and we really enjoyed it.

Good relaxing Villa. Needs few updates in house. On our Stay safe didn’t work, host tried to fix it and even bought another safe which didn’t work either. We had to carry our valuable with us all the time. Light went out while taking shower and no running water without electricity. Had to go to pool and get water to rinse off. They should have backup for water and electricity. Maid was supper nice. She really took good care of us. Cj

My friends and I had a great time at this house, and the house is better in person than the picture on Airbnb. We are going to stay here again next time we are in Punta Cana. Thank you Binca for being such a great host.

Very nice villa, the maid was super nice and the description is accurate. The only problem was the jacuzzi that we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on
