The space
This beautiful dream villa is located in the heart of Cocotal Golf Course and is the perfect Punta Cana getaway for groups or families. The villa is a 5-minute drive to Bavaro and Los Corales Beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities; the gated community is right before shopping centers and supermarkets.
A place to spend time with friends and family
The villa offers all the comforts of home. TVs are in the living room and one of the bedrooms, air conditioning is in each bedroom, and mosquito nets are provided if you prefer to enjoy the fresh air. Three of the bedrooms have in-suite bathrooms, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a small guest toilet in the living room and large walking closets in the bedrooms.
Place for dining inside the villa
There is a very large private backyard with a golf and pool view, a private pool, a gazebo, an indoor and outdoor dining area, and an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Guests have access to the entire house. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included, as are maid’s services. If you need a personal chef, it can be organized too (extra fee).
The bedrooms
The villa has 5 bedrooms with 7 beds for 12 people: 4 king-size beds, 2 single beds, 1 crib, and 1 king-size bed in the villa’s living room.

- Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed, AC, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, walking closet.

- Bedroom 4: 1 king-size bed, AC, ceiling fan, shared bathroom with bedroom 5, walking closet.
- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds, 1 crib, AC, ceiling fan, shared bathroom with bedroom 4, walking closet.
Guest access
The villa is nestled within a private, gated resort community. For security purposes, all guests staying at the villa must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club prior to arrival.
You’re welcome to have visitors during your stay! However, anyone who isn’t staying overnight needs to register with the resort by showing a valid ID. There’s a fee for registering visitors, and the resort has the right to deny access to anyone if necessary.
To finalize your booking, you’ll need to sign a separate rental agreement that outlines the house rules. Just a heads up that there are security cameras by the front door (including a doorbell camera) and on the back patio, but these will be disabled for your privacy during your stay.

- Guest Registration: All guests staying at the villa, including those in your party, must be pre-registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. This applies to both primary renters and any additional guests.
- Outside Guests: Visitors are welcome; however, all outside guests must register with the resort upon arrival and present a valid form of identification. An additional fee will be applied for registration. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
- Security Cameras: The villa has security cameras installed. They can be disabled during your stay to ensure your privacy.

- Your rental comes with a maid who speaks Spanish. He/she might have their room at the villa.
- There’s a villa manager who speaks both English and Spanish. They’re your point person for any questions or if you need something extra during your stay. They’ll meet you when you arrive, get you settled in, and be available throughout your trip.

Neighborhood
The villa is located in Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Cocotal is a large, gated resort and residential community with 24-hour security. It is a top choice for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.
The resort features a 27-hole golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant and sports bar at the clubhouse, paddle tennis courts, a soccer field, a large swimming pool, a kids’ pool, sun loungers, Bali beds, a lounge area, and a playground. Additionally, there is a mini market on-site.
Bavaro Beach is just a 5-minute drive from Cocotal, and there are many local restaurants, bars, and shopping options nearby. Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is about 17 kilometers (10.5 miles) away, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is approximately a 3-hour drive.

There is no resort fee, but there are separate charges for using the following facilities and amenities:

I’m not sure where to begin, but my weekend at Binca’s House was maybe one of my better weekends in the Dominican Republic. The communication with Binca from the moment we booked her home was perfect. She responded immediately and with sufficient information. When we arrived we were greeted by Dilsia who is the cook and maid for the house and she also was extremely helpful with information on the area and getting us transportation. But more importantly her skills in the kitchen were phenomenal. She also made us feel like family more than guest from the moment we walked in. Also, the cab driver—Panda—we were given by Binca and Dilsia was top notch in knowing the tourist areas and the more local bars and eateries that I like to go to when I travel. All in all my trip was unforgettable and I owe a lot of it to the service and beauty of Binca’s home and staff. If you’re ever interested in finding a home for a weekend in Punta Cana then Binca’s house is perfect.
