Enjoy your private boat trip to Saona Island. You'll have the opportunity to swim aboard a speedy, comfortable, and safe boat equipped with a canopy. Sail along the Caribbean caves and through the strait between the islands of Hispaniola and Saona. Take in the breathtaking views as you swim amidst the stunning mangrove forest located in the heart of the reserve.
Snorkeling at the Reef
A stop at the reef promises an unforgettable snorkeling experience. Take the opportunity to admire the vibrant Caribbean fish and even indulge in feeding them. Immerse yourself in the wonders of the underwater world. Please note that you will need to bring your own snorkel equipment.
Blue Lagoon Stop
Get ready for a marvelous stop at the Blue Lagoon, where you can have an amazing experience of holding a starfish in your hand. Moreover, the open bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and a boat crew service in the starfish lagoon will make your stop even more exclusive and incredible.
Secluded Saona Island Beach

Delicious Lunch
Get ready for a delicious lunch with a soft drinks. You can make your lunch more special by ordering a spiny lobster or treating yourself to a real Pina Colada served in a pineapple.

If you'd like, we can stop by a store on our way back that sells a variety of popular products from the Dominican Republic. They have great prices and even offer a tasting experience.
The program and the duration of stops during your private trip can be adjusted according to your preferences.
Isla Saona Private Tour Details
- Approximate pick-up time: 7:00 AM (depends on your location)
- Duration: full day (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- What to bring: swimming suit, snorkeling gear, towel, camera, sunscreen, hat, change of clothes, water for the road, mosquito repellents, bread for fish and seagulls, spending money, good mood
- The standard lunch includes: grilled fish, chicken, pork, pasta, boiled potatoes, rice, vegetables, fruits, desserts, coffee, and soft drinks. You can also pre-order 1-pound spiny lobster for $35.
- At Saona Island, you can reserve a private table in the VIP area on the beach for an additional charge of $45 per person, which requires pre-ordering and cannot be ordered on the island. It includes comfortable sunbeds, waiter service, and a pound of spiny lobster (or shrimp in the off-season) with wine. You can either choose from the standard lunch buffet or have the waiter bring it to you.
- For hotels located in the remote area of Uvero Alto, there is an additional transport cost of $20 per person for groups of 1-4 individuals, or $5 per person for groups of 5-12 individuals.
- The boat provided in the program for a group of up to 5 adults is small and not very powerful. We recommend considering a larger boat, available at an additional cost of $80 for the group.
- You can also enjoy a private tour to Saona Island on a luxurious snow-white yacht, equipped with a cabin, toilet, kitchen, air conditioning, and snorkeling gear.
- For an additional fee, we offer diving, fishing, a photo session, yacht refreshments, island lunch options (standard or with spiny lobsters and champagne), flower delivery, and restaurant reservations for dinner after the tour. Contact us for more details and pricing information.
