* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

The apartment is well furnished and nicely located, a few steps to the beach and a great beach bar next door! Florisel is in a safe area with many restaurants and markets. There is a good Thai beach restaurant 5 minute walk down the beach and the food at the beach next door is very good also.

Overall, Hana's place was what was pictured. Her response rate and staff was top notch. They were so friendly and accommodating. Our biggest issue was the location. Guests must be aware that to stay at this place, you can't eat at any of the hotels for meals because they are all , all inclusive. We were under the impression we could and would cook breakfast at home and dinner hop at night. You can't do that. You must walk to the town (5-10 minutes) to eat (restaurants were good, but the walk itself was not the best area, a lot of traffic and locals and not the cleanest/safest). At no times did we not feel safe, but the area is not like the resorts area. The super market did not offer enough options for us to cook and make meals for 7 days, so we ended up leaving after 2 days to go to a hotel. It has NOTHING to do with her place, just wish we were made aware of the area a bit more and the lack of dining options on the beach close by. I do think a blanket on the bed would be a nice touch, but other than that, the place was fine. Just want folks to have expectations.

Endroit magnifique ! Condo propre, bien situé à deux pas de la plage... Personnel extrêmement gentil. Il manque un peu d’équipement pour cuisiner. bonne poêle, ustensiles ... Tout le reste est parfait !

We spent 14 days at Hana’s place. The situation of this apartment is just perfect for sea lovers. There are stores in the neighbourhoud where you can get anything you want. There are a couple of restaurants, our favourite was the Don Pio, try the chicken breast with cream. D’Angelo is also a great choice if you like italian food. The apartment is very comfortable, we felt home soon thanks to the hospitality of Gricel. You can find yourself at the most beautiful beach in a second, where we spent a lot of time with walking. Morning between 8 or 9 and 4 PM are just perfect for this. Great colours, no burning sunshine, lovely people and nature. We highly recommend!

This location cannot be beat. It is clean, safe, and incredibly central! Steps from the beach, 5-10 minutes away from multiple incredible restaurants, grocery shops, and other shops! We really had absolutely no complaints- all the staff were so helpful and Grisel was an extremely attentive host! We would definitely stay here again. Tips- BAM market was the best place to buy groceries, Pranama, Citris, Balicana, and Kat's Corner were our favourite meals (but really all the meals were super great...), and the best excursion was our trip to Saona Island that we bought from the BAM market.

Hana was very quick to respond. Her property manager was very helpful, always available, and made things simple. Photos are accurate. Beach is nice white sand. I wish I could have stayed (Website hidden by Airbnb) will you!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! The communication with Hana before arrival was great. Once we arrived, Ana was just fantastic. Ana gave us a tour of the property and offered many tips for local restaurants. She checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and offered answers to questions whenever we had them. She is such a great host and wonderful human! We loved just chatting with her. She’s felt more like a friend to us :) The space itself is also perfect. Well decorated, just steps from the beach, and nearby to restaurants. It was absolutely perfect for us, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hana & Ana!
