* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* Apartamentos Florisel is only 7 minutes away by car from the Palma Real Mall and the Cocotal Golf Course.
Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Hana and Gricel were amazing hosts! They always answered all my questions super quickly and were there to help me out with anything I requested! The place is super cute and clean and has the perfect location in Punta Cana! I would definitely come back to stay at this place!

Se cercate una soluzione alternativa dagli hotel all inclusive senza rinunciare al piacere di avere i comfort di una bellissima spiaggia questo è il posto giusto. Lettini e ombrelloni in spiaggia (Fernando il tuttofare è molto gentile e vi aiuterà per ogni voltra necessità), per un cocktail c'è un graziono bar proprio a fianco alla spiaggia riservata. Tanti i ristorantini vicini da raggiungere a piedi con al massimo 10 minuti di camminata. Anche per la colazione ci sono ottime soluzioni. Grazie a Hana per l'ospitalità che ci ha dato nel suo grazioso appartamento e a Gricel per l'accoglienza e il supporto per ogni nostra domanda. Consigliatissimo

I will start this review by saying that we were very sad to leave this wonderful place after such a comfortable, relaxing and fun vacation! And that is very much due to the hospitality and accommodation provided by Hana and Gricel! From the first moment they were there to answer questions and to assist with any needs, transportation, etc. The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as the photos show. The dwellings are only steps from the beach and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I really can’t praise the hosts and this property enough - you must come to experience it for yourself!

Great location if you’re going for a bohemian beach trip!! Everyone’s barefoot, beach is literally less than a block away! Gricel was wonderful, answered within minutes of me asking any question! If you’re looking for good food, chill vibes, and a beautiful beach to hang out this is your place.

This place was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time here! The apartment was spacious and very clean. We got a free cleaning because we rented for 10 days! The staff here was exceptional and ready to help. The (Website hidden by Airbnb) close, litterally Steps away. Fresh towels everyday, and someone to bring water whenever you run out! A fully equipped kitchen does not hurt either:). There are grocery stores near by, but if you have time and a car or taxi I suggest going to a large super market instead since the choice of food at the smaller grocery stores is not great. I was still able to make food everyday with what they had available.

Hana’s apartment is quiet and very close to the beach. The Sole bar/restaurant is on the beach and very close; which is great if you want to grab a drink or a bite to eat while on the beach. The beach and waterfront is busy with people and boats, as there are many all-inclusive resorts nearby. This is great for people-watching and activities, but might not be the right place if you are looking for solitude. The apartment is a short walk from several restaurants and we had some great dinners. Hana and Gricel arranged for our transportation to and from the airport ($35 each way), which was convenient.
