* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

The apartment is amazing and we loved the warm welcome from Ana as we arrived. Food was very close and Ana walked us through the area to show us where all the restaurants and shops are. We recommend waiting until you get to the apartment before exchanging to pesos for the better rate. In addition we went snorkeling at Isla Catalina and Ana provided a great company who we felt very safe with and was the same taxi they booked us to and from the airport. Highly recommend this beautiful Apartamento!

This place was just what we needed and wanted. Right on the beach and walking distance to everything you need from the grocery store to restaurants. Ana and Bernardo were great and helped us with anything we needed. It was a girls trip and we considered doing an all-inclusive resort but we were so happy we went with this instead. It's a more local experience and affordable. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend!

This was the first time in the Dominican Republic for my husband and myself. This is an excellent location because it is footsteps away from the ocean which is breathtaking Just know that there will be a lot of locals saying hi to you trying to sell you anything from excursions to souvenirs But I recommend you do not buy your souvenirs here instead there is a close market where you can get to walking distance to purchase anything from groceries to souvenirs for much less As far as the apartment it was the perfect size for the two of us the downside is all the sand you track inside because your so close to the beach but no big deal we had a broom and mop at our disposal Also I recommend only using the fan and ac when your inside the apartment because in the end you have to pay if you go over a certain amount but we were there for 8 days and only paid $8 in the end Also if you plan on using the kitchen for cooking just a heads up we had a few matches to use so we eventually purchased a box of our own and also no salt/pepper/cooking oil small things you will need to cook We also did 3 excursions during our stay with an agency called meremba it's safe to book with your credit card and Ana can give you the contact info if you prefer to pay cash to an agent . We also used the taxi provided by Hana to and from the airport which made it super easy and hassle free to Finally I would definitely stay here again it was an amazing experience

Great apartment, well equipped, clean with a terrific location. Close to a beautiful beach (100 ft), good cafes and can walk or taxi; no need for a car. Ana, property manager, is very accommating and helpful. For the price, you can't beat it! I would highly recommend.

This place is just as advertised. Hana very responsive to text messages, we really did not want to bother her that much. She arranged all our tarnspoprted to where a friend of ours was getting married. Shopping and resteraunts just 10 minute walk. I recommed Nam Nam stuffed burgers are awsome. you gotta pay for electricity, when we checked out it was likw $10 US for five days it may vary depending on long you run the AC. But overall better than overpriced resorts in the area.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Ana hat uns alles gezeigt und geholfen! Das Wacamole in der Nähe ist am Abend zu empfehlen, Dalias zum Frühstück - Mangu - domenikanisch, zu empfehlen! Im Gladdys ist das Essen wie die Einheimischen es lieben! Die Lage ist Top! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

The apartment was perfect, just walking distance to the private beach. Ana was incredibly helpful, taking us on a tour of the neighboring restaurants and shops and offering her opinion on best spots. She also arranged travel for us throughout our stay and connected us to adventure company. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend staying.

Nos han cumplido en todo lo pactado, el apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy cómodo, limpio, buena ubicación, con salida a una playa hermosa y en una zona muy segura. El personal de seguridad es muy amable y ana nos ha ayudado en sugerencias, traslados y recomendaciones. Estamos muy contentos de elegirlos y volveríamos con gusto!
