* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

* Apartamentos Florisel is only 7 minutes away by car from the Palma Real Mall and the Cocotal Golf Course.
Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Hana’s apartment is in a very convenient area. Seconds away from the beach and several food options. The whole staff was very kind, attentive, and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

The apartment was great, and the access to the beach and private beach area was amazing. The only downfall was how expensive the electricity was. We only used the fans and AC when we were in the apartment, which wasn't very often, and we still had to pay $25 at checkout after a 6 day stay.

This place is perfect! It is very clean, spacious, beautiful and is only a few steps from the beach. They arranged a taxi to and from the airport for us which was very very nice and they are great communicators. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to Punta Cana.

It was an exceptional amazing experience staying at Hana’s place! Love the small community and everything around. Gricel is very responsive and resourceful. We were late on arrival but Gricel was waiting up for us and just made sure we got everything settled down. Can’t find any place feeling like home as Hana’s. Would definitely come back to stay again!!

We loved everything about the apartment. It is very clean and the location is great, Los Corales is like an oasis. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed private beach with tikkis and sun beds, also the bar “soles” was amazing :) overall if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay in Punta Cana I wouldn’t look no further - I really recommend Florisel :)

El complejo está en una zona del Cortecito en Bavaro, la playa es pública pero muy segura. Es una ventaja contar con reposteras y sombrillas del complejo. La admisntradora Grisel es muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que se necesita al igual que todo el staff del complejo, el departamento era tal cual las fotos, solo que faltaría modernizar la cocina. A pasos de la playa y restaurantes Supermercados cerca no hace falta tener auto. El lugar es muy seguro Saludos a Hana y esperamos poder volver.

Gricel was so helpful with questions and advice, and her responses were always so quick. Amazing hospitality. We loved the apartment — it was clean, charming, and so close to the private beach. The cafe next door is great too — best micheladas I've ever had :) We really enjoyed our stay at Florisel and would love to come back someday!
