C201 Florisel – Lovely Beach Apartment

Mis mejores vacaciones. El personal súper amable. El apartamento muy bonito y limpio. Justo al lado de la playa y cerca de restaurantes de todo tipo y precios.

Great stay at Florisel apartments. Hana was very helpful and communication was great prior to my arrival. Hana sent me directions in english and spanish which was helpful to the drivers. Even the driver that took me to the airport when I left had trouble finding the apartments. I found it on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps prior so it wasnt an issue for me. The apartment was very spacious and right next to the beach. The top floor has some washing machines so I was able to do laundry also which was great. The apartment gets really hot but the A/C works well. I only used the A/C at night in the bedroom and the room cooled off fast. Electricity was $10 when I checked pit so not too bad. Hana's has an awesome staff, especially Juanita who was very kind, helpful, and always available. Highly recommend this place!

We really appreciated the hospitality. The apartment was comfortable and extremely close to the beach. There was plenty shade on the private beach and loved that we had access to beach chairs. Overall a great experience. Our only recommendation is that if you don't feel like cooking on your vacation is that you head into the town for lunch and dinners. A great place to start is with D'Angelos. It was way more affordable than the beach restaurants and delicious! Hana and her assistant Juanita were so attentive of our needs and we are grateful they helped our time in Punta Cana turn out amazing!

I didn't meet Hana but her assistant, Juanita, was adorable and so helpful. Photos were accurate. Nice there was AC in living room and bedroom bc the breeze didn't make it's way into the condo even though it is very close to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and it was so great they had a 5-gallon hot/cold water dispenser. Enjoyed the blender for mango smoothies. There were little hiccups like TV not working and the guest washing machine not working, but TV wasn't necessary and Juanita arranged for me to use the cleaning service washer. No problem there. She was responsive to my questions via (Hidden by Airbnb) always. Location is amazing. Right next to beach and lots to do within walking distance although we had a car too. I definitely recommend.

This is steps away from the beach, very easy access, very calm atmosphere. Great for couples and families. Excursions easy to book from here. Juanita - the day-to-day manager was literally one of the kindest and most delightful people I've ever dealt with. Incredibly responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Would stay here again with some good company

I enjoyed the apartment located within minutes from the beach. Parking was easy and I felt secure walking around the property. It was cozy enough for me and my friend. Juanita was very professional. Loved the art work and warm colors, just enough space for everything. Clean and pristine. Extremely pleased to have the entire apartment to myself. Thank you. ❤️

The place was incredible. It is small, cozy, but honestly it has everything you need. Everyone has a fantastic attitude and offer a very warm welcoming. You can communicate with them and get immediate responses. This is, be far, one of my best experiences with an Airbnb. Did I mention your private section of the beach? Highly recommended!

Had Such an incredible weekend. Both Hanane and Patricia went out of their way to make sure I wanted for nothing. Apartment and location were absolutely perfect. Will be staying here again when I return. David Craig

My experience at Hanane's was great! I spent a week there for my birthday and had a great time. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and it was very cozy. The best part was that it is right on the beach, no crossing any streets or losing your way. Hanane was very helpful during the booking process, and her assistant Patricia was always quick to respond to questions while we were there. Bernardo was always there to help us with bringing chairs down to the beach. It's also right next to two beach bars with good food, and about a 10 minute walk to a grocery store that also makes deliveries. The only downside is that it was kind of hard to explore the beach without being hounded by vendors asking you to come to their shops or trying to sell you things. But obviously that is the case in all of Punta Cana, not just this location. As for the electricity, it was not expensive at all. We ran the AC every night for a few hours and only spent $27 on electricity in the end. All around it was a great experience! I would love to go back.

We had a wonderful experience here. We were so happy that the staff was attentive to our needs. The place was decorated to where we felt right at home the moment we put down our bags. We very much appreciated the well thought out suggestions in where to go explore and eat in Dominican Republic. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! It was right off the beach as well. I felt very safe walking around at night.
