C101 Florisel – Stone throw from the Beach

Our stay was amazing! Hanane kept in touch before our trip, organized transportation from the airport, and set us up with someone to help us plan excursions. Hanane's assistant met us when we got to the apartment to show us around and check us in. The apartment was great - perfect size for 2 people and a 30 second walk from the beach. There were several restaurants that we really enjoyed that were a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood at night to go out to get dinner. Hanane also checked in during the trip and organized transportation back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is going to Punta Cana.

I do not even know where to begin. From the begging Hanane was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were being met before we arrived. She checked in on us on multiple occasions before our trip and gave us detailed instructions for when we arrived. She did inform us that she would not be there to greet us, but Patricia would be there in her place. Patricia was an absolute pleasure and we also communicated with her regularly to coordinate our arrival. From the moment we arrived Patricia made us feel at home, showing us around the complex, introducing us to the staff, and going over all important details. She was also available throughout our stay and even checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. When we checked out she set up a cab ride to the airport and walked us out and waited until we departed. Gracias por todo Patricia! The unit itself is beautiful and very roomy. You have everything you could possibly need/want. I have been ALL over Dominican Republic and you cannot beat this area! Countless great restaurants within walking distance (Tronco Beach is a dream and we ate there twice, the staff there is also amazing!) and many more in the area. The beach there is beautiful and you have plenty to do, relax, lay out, or grab a drink at the many bars on the beach. We did not want to leave this place and before we were even gone we started planning our return. I highly recommend this listing to anyone who is looking to relax in paradise. All of the staff there is amazing and the locals in the area are super friendly. We spent the week traveling throughout the country and the two days spent here were by far our favorite. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to return!

The apartment was just as described in the listing. Very close to the beach. Upon arrival we were a lil leery due to the back alley entrance but after the first day and walking around felt very safe. The electric price was as described we were there for 6 days and we paid 28.00 dollars. The host arranged the taxi driver to and/from the airport it was about 36.00 each way. The restaurants down the road were delicious and good price. This place was very family friendly. I would avoid the buggy tour though it was a bit of a let down.

It's amazing place, wonderful owners & excellent staff. We've been in 47 countries & more then 100 places - this place - is one of we'll return necessarily! We recommend it for all people who wants to have perfect vacation.

Just as we expected! We spent 5 days at the apartment and it was very comfortable and clean. Hanane pre arranged taxi service to and from the airport for $35 each way and we appreciated that alot! Patricia met us at the apartments and did a great job showing us around and explaining everything to us and throughout our stay, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is as described, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals in and we really appreciated having the large drinking water dispenser at our disposal. We had breakfast every morning on the lovely little patio. Everything was very clean, all the staff was very helpful, Patricia was just fantastic and explained everything very well. The grounds were very well maintained. We loved the 30 second walk to the beach and really appreciated that we had our own section of the beach with the Beach Loungers, Parasols, and beach towels exclusive for our use. Great proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery, as well as car, moped and bicycle rental and hire on foot. Not to mention fast internet. The staff Yanely and Bernardo were lovely and sweet. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. We would love to come back again!

PERFECT if you wanna stay right at the beach but the thought of a Resort holiday annoys you. The appartment was just as decribed. It takes about 30 seconds to reach the beach. The owner Hanane is really friendly and helpful. The staff Yanely and Bernardo were lovely and sweet and took good care of us. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Would love to come back next year.

L'appartement était top, proche de tout et au bord de la plage. L'appartement est identique aux photos, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Merci beaucoup à Hanane pour ton accueil et ta disponibilité.
