* The electricity is included up to US$4 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

This was our first time travelling to the Dominican and not staying at a all inclusive. The apartment was everything is imagined and more, so close to the beach, so bright and clean, we would definitely go back to that same apartment! Also the staff there are so friendly and happy to help anyway they can Gricel was amazing from the second we landed! And Bernardo one of the grounds staff, helped us every day with the beach chairs and was also so happy to see us every day. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Thank you Hana, Gricel and Bernardo for everything! We hope to see you soon!

Thanks Gricel and Hana, they both were amazing host. Gricel was always available for any help we may need. The apartment was incredible clean, furniture was accurate to the photos, all amenities were like described. We're certainly coming back!

This was our first time in Punta Cana, our stay at Hana's place met all our expectations, it was clean, comfortable, and the beach was only steps away, Gricel was extremely pleasant, helpful,and very responsive to all out request. When we return to Punta Cana we will be looking to rent Hana's place again?

Hana and Gricel made our last two days in Punta Cana exceptional. We booked at the last minute which could easily be an inconvenience but Hana's hospitalily made the process effortless and easy. We stayed in unit B102 and were were really impressed. The pictures do not do this place any justice! The upstairs patio/terrace is so nice that we fell asleep there to sound of the wind and waves from the ocean. We've already made plans to return especially after making friends in the area. Shops & restaurants easily accessible by walking on the street or along the beach. We also stayed in unit E101 which was equally as Nice. The decor is modern, stylish and tastefully done. We couldn't have choosen a better place to end our vacation. ALSO, It is located in a Private, GATED area with security patroling often at night. we felt really safe. Can't wait to return

This apartment is absolutely stunning! It is located right on the beach, and is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment complex has constant security walking around, and the neighborhood itself feels safe as well. The communication from Gricel was excellent from the time our flights arrived to PUJ until the day we left; anything you need, she is available to help right away. We will definitely return and recommend this place to all of our family & friends!

We were looking for a quiet place to relax and we found it. This is a lovely apartment. We found it clean. The staff were wonderful to work with and friendly. Gricel and Bernardo always had a smile and warm greeting. This was our first trip the Dominican Republic. Everything was beautiful. You can easily walk into town for groceries or eat out. We will be back! I have already told my sister to book a stay. Have a blessed Easter! Thank you for a great vacation.
