* The electricity is included up to US$4 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.

This place was perfect and just steps from the beach. It was the end of a 10 day trip for us so the washing machine was a huge help also. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay with Hana, service was exceptional and Gricel was very flexible and accomodating of our schedule. The apartment was clean and with the exception of a few ants, to be expected in any tropical clime, everything we expected. Situated at the beach, easily accessable, and near to restaurants and bars. Nice place, reasonable price, good location.

I stayed 8 days and it was a very pleasant stay. Grisel was super nice and arranged a taxi for our arrival and departure. Apartment was just like in the pictures and clean. Location was really good , anything within walking distance and Will definitely stay here again .

Nous avons passez un merveilleux séjour. Le condo était tel que dans nos attentes. Le condo est très propre et bien équipé pour cuisiner. Les terrasses sont spacieuses et confortables. La gentillesse et l'excellent service de Gricel et Hana sont inégalables. Nous voyageons régulièrement et jamais nous avons eu un service d'une telle qualité et efficacité. Il ne faut surtout pas oublier Bernardo toujours de bonne humeur et prêt à nous aider. Son rire est contagieux. Pratico pratique tout est à distance de marche, épiceries, pharmacies, restaurants etc. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation ce condo et nous espérons y retourner très bientôt.

wir haben die wohnung vom ersten moment geliebt und sind 3 wochen geblieben.die küche hat alles was es braucht.die schlafzimmer haben ein bequemes bett.in einem zimmer leider ein bisschen laut in der nacht weil die wächter ihre runden drehten.der kleine balkon haben wir für jedes essen gebraucht,die grosse terrasse oben wunderschön zum liegen,lesen und faulenzen. die familie gricel hat uns wie ein mitglied der familie aufgenommen und jedes kleine problem,sorgen oder wünsche sofort erfüllt .danke allen die uns somit schöne ferien ermöglicht haben.danke der familie gricel und bernardo. markus und huguette

This is a great spot on a great location. Only a few steps from the beach and close to many restaurants, cafes, etc. Hana and property manager Gricel were available and ready to answer all my questions and they helped me book taxis, gave me information about tours, etc. A great experience in Bavaro, would definitely stay here again!

This place is PERFECT for a group of 2, 3 or 4. The location is great, next to the beach, quiet and relaxing. It has all the amenities you would need, TV, Kitchen, etc. The terrace is very convenient for the sunset to take a break from the sun. The attention from Gricel was excellent. She is very helpful and definitely makes you feel home with all the tips and recommendations. I would definitely come back.

This place was amazing, the beach is 300 feet from the apartment and the smell from the restaurant on the beach provided a pleasant torture because it smelled so good. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the apartment either on the beach or within the village. If you want a massage or facial no more than a 5 minute walk, outside the village is a supermarket called BAM. I would suggest buying incidentals from there if staying for a day or two but if you want groceries then you will need to drive to the bigger supermarket in downtown Punta Cana which is a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Explore the area as you will find many places to eat breakfast, lunch and diner. Joy restaurant serves an inexpensive and filling breakfast. We enjoyed the stay at Hana's place, it was quite and we felt safe the entire time.
