Other things to note
* The electricity is included up to US$4 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Отличная уютная квартира, прямо на пляже. находится в охраняемом комплексе. Все очень понравилось, не хотелось уезжать. Больше всего понравилась огромная терраса на крыше. Единственный минус самого комплекса- плохо убирают водоросли на пляже.

Very friendly staff! The area is realy nice! There is a nice beach club right at the beach. A few restaurants are in walking distance. The apartment is perfect if you want to stay for a few days.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean apartment with easy beach access. Safe and secure with overnight security and a very responsive staff ready to assist with any needs. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants right on the beach!!

This Is the place to be for anyone visiting Punta Cana. The location is excellent. The place is very nice and clean. Nuria made sure I was ok from the time of arrival until departure. Her hospitality was superb. I would reccomend Florisel Apartmentos. Anytime I'm back this is my stop without any hesitation.
