Villa for Groups or Families in Bavaro (Cocotal) – Maid Service and Electricity Included

Beautiful home. Accurate pics. Host was fast to respond and live in maid was awesome. Had a great stay.

Ive been to Punta Cana multiple times but this was my first time not at a resort and it turns out this was the best travel decision I have ever made. The house looks exactly like the pictures if not better. Marie (the maid) was fantastic. Marie was there anytime we needed her. She is a great great great cook. If we needed anything she made it happen. The house is in great condition and is in a perfect location for shopping, dining and sight seeing. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. I will be back to this property next time I'm in Punta Cana

We absolutely loved this villa, Binca is a wonderful host as well as Maria the lady helper she has hired for the house. Check in and check out was quite effortless. Arriving in Cocotal is super easy, makes you feel pretty safe to know you are inside a large complex of villas. The pool is huge! So is the rest of the house, very spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 6 sleeping in the four rooms and had some friends over during the day, the distribution of space around the house is amazing. No complaints, would definitely recommend and rent again!

This property is phenomenal!! You will not regret it. In person the home looks even better. It's spacious with a design made for entertainment. We loved having the 4th bedroom outside from the home like a mother in law suit for privacy. The design is very modern and the home has everything you might need. Binca has to probably be the best host I've had with air bnb. Binca was super fast in getting back to us and even offered to let us extend our check out due to bad weather. The maid is there to assist with cleaning but cooking is not included so be sure to have someone that is willing to cook if planning to eat at home. Other then that we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again as well as any other property of Binca. The experience was wonderful, highly recommend going to check out CocoBongo if looking for a fun night out! Thank you for hosting us and having such a clean, comfortable home for us travelers to enjoy!

This property is gorgeous. It is just like the pictures. Binca was very communicative and resolved any issues we had with enough time. We got to Cocotal Palma Real, which I know because I have been there before. We got access from the entry gate and went to the lobby to get out identification passes. From there on there was a person ready to direct us to the property. It is inside Cocotal so you will need transportation to move around, at least a bicycle, scooter, golf cart of if you can, a car. The property is exactly like the pictures. Pristine clean, well taken care of. Kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. BBQ was cleaned and ready with propane. The pool is awesome, and huge! Jacuzzy awesome as well. Rooms and bathrooms were perfect, with A/C and all accommodations. We spent eastern there swimming in the pool and doing cookouts and had no problems. I traveled with 2 kids and they enjoyed the pool, but the pool is deep for them so they spent most of the time in the jacuzzy or with flotation devices with adult supervision on the pool. the place has also a big TV, Cable and Wifi. The maid was there all the time, helped with the cleaning and cooking and kept everything in place. She is very friendly too. Cocotal is a very quiet Golf Course coplex, great for relaxing, going out for a run of just enjoy the beauty of the vegetation. It is close to the 2 big Malls in Bavaro so there is plenty of supermarkets, places to eat or shop. Beaches are near too, but you need transportation. I will visit this property again and highly recommend it.
