Your stay includes exclusive access to the Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bavaro Beach, complete with transportation (subject to availability and booking).

• Please note, that a minimum consumption of $20 per person applies, and outside food and beverages are prohibited. Food and drinks at the Jellyfish restaurant are not included in the villa rental and must be paid separately. Be sure to inquire about any blackout dates or restrictions that may apply.
• Please note, that villa guests cannot access the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is only for property owners.

The villa features a modern, open-plan layout with high ceilings. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly together, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

• Cook Like a Local (or Not). The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. For an extra touch of luxury, hire a private chef(at an additional cost) to take care of the cooking (groceries not included). The large kitchen even features a breakfast bar that opens to the living and dining area.
• Relax and Unwind. After a day of exploring, kick back on the comfortable sofas in the living room and catch up on your favorite shows. For more formal meals, the indoor dining room with chandeliers offers a perfect spot next to the kitchen.
• Step Outside. Slide open the doors and step onto the furnished terrace, your own private oasis. Enjoy al fresco meals at the second dining table, grill up a feast on the BBQ, or simply relax on the comfy sofas. Bedrooms

The villa is nestled within a private, gated resort community. For security purposes, all guests staying at the villa must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club prior to arrival.

You’re welcome to have visitors during your stay! However, anyone who isn’t staying overnight needs to register with the resort by showing a valid ID. There’s a fee for registering visitors, and the resort has the right to deny access to anyone if necessary.

To finalize your booking, you’ll need to sign a separate rental agreement that outlines the house rules. Just a heads up that there are security cameras by the front door (including a doorbell camera) and on the back patio, but these will be disabled for your privacy during your stay.

• Rental Agreement: A separate rental agreement outlining house rules is required to finalize your booking. Please ensure you have reviewed and signed this document before arrival.
• Guest Registration: All guests staying at the villa, including those in your party, must be pre-registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. This applies to both primary renters and any additional guests.
• Outside Guests: Visitors are welcome; however, all outside guests must register with the resort upon arrival and present a valid form of identification. An additional fee will be applied for registration. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
• Security Cameras: The villa has security cameras installed by the front door (doorbell camera) and on the back patio for your safety and security. The camera on the back patio will be disabled for your stay to ensure guest privacy.

• Your rental comes with a housekeeper who speaks Spanish. They might have their room at the villa.
• There’s also a villa manager who speaks both English and Spanish. They’re your point person for any questions or if you need something extra during your stay. They’ll meet you when you arrive, get you settled in, and be available throughout your trip.

A friendly Spanish-speaking staff member will take care of the following: cleaning the villa, making beds, washing towels and linens (typically every 3 days)

Please note: Personal laundry service is not included. The housekeeper may live on the property separately to ensure your privacy and convenience.
