The villa is located on the golf course with views of the lake and the golf course’s holes 7/8 (Buganvilla). The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming, boating, etc.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

Villa is a newly built (from 2025) 7-bedroom villa, 2-story villa with private pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor palapa with BBQ area, movie theater, and fitness room!

• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 1 Full bed, air-conditioning, 55-inch TV, and ensuite bathroom.

VILLA STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
