Welcome to this beautiful villa located at Cocotal Golf Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The villa is located on the golf course overlooking the lake and the 7/8 hole golf course (Buganvilla). It has 2 floors and 8 bedrooms, a private pool, jacuzzi, games, a bar in the living room (drinks not included).

The villa has a personal chef, daily housekeeping and a villa manager. During your stay at Villa Paraiso you will have access to the amenities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. These include a 27-hole golf course, a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, a pool area with a pool and a children’s pool, tennis courts and much more. This is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable Caribbean vacation.
The space
Enter the villa through the impressive double doors and you will immediately be greeted by a large living room, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The living room also features a bar (drinks not included) with a large flat-screen TV and a poker table. For special events, you have the option of hiring a professional bartender for the night or the entire stay for an additional fee.
The interior of the villa is modern and very stylish with colorful Caribbean artwork that gives the villa a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The living room opens directly out of the double glass doors to the outdoor terrace with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a seating area on the sofa. It is your own Caribbean paradise with stunning views of the lake and golf course. NOTE: The Jacuzzi can be heated, but the pool cannot.

The elegant dining room features a large dining table that seats 16. If you prefer a more casual dining experience, you can enjoy your meal al fresco on the pool patio. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a gourmet chef included in your villa rental. Your personal chef will prepare all your meals during your stay so you can relax and enjoy your vacation (groceries not included).

The villa has 8 bedrooms, including 3 master suites. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 5 upstairs. There are 9 beds in total – 3 king beds, 4 queen beds and 1 twin bed.

- Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and are never included in your villa rental. Jellyfish may be closed on certain days and unavailable due to private events.
- A minimum consumption of US$ 20 per person at the bar/restaurant applies, and food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club.
- Access to Cocotal Golf & Country Club common pool area located just behind the villa with lounge chairs, Bali beds, kids’ pool & playground, restaurant ($) & bar ($). The facilities may be closed on certain days and unavailable due to private events.

Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

There is a golf club not far from the villa, where you will find a communal pool with a children’s pool, playground, exotic Balinese beds, a bar and restaurant, and paddle tennis courts ($).

Their warm hospitality and genuine care me and my friends were evident from the very beginning. The accommodation itself was a true gem. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need, it instantly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I was constantly amazed by the thoughtful touches throughout the space. From the plush towels to the comfortable bedding, every aspect was designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible outdoor pool placed in the center of the property. The Airbnb was filled with natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere.

Overall the stay was great! The villa looked just like the pictures. The staff was extremely nice and listened to all of our requests. Our villa manager made sure everything was run smoothly and was able to answers any of my questions or concerns immediately. He even coordinated some activities outside the house. I had 16 guests in the house and they accommodated all of our needs. I would 100% recommend !!!
