Welcome to Cocotal Golf & Country Club! Cocotal is a large gated resort and residential community with 24 hour gated entry and security. It is one of the best locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana and a favorite destination for families and golfers looking for a tropical getaway.

This property is a cozy 2-story villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and a gorgeous outdoor oasis with a covered terrace with a dining table and a sofa seating area. Enjoy the refreshing pool and jacuzzi, as well as plush lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool!
The space
This villa is a wonderful place for you to stay with your family and/or friends and enjoy a Caribbean vacation with sun, beach, and golf. It was recently completely remodeled and all new furniture was purchased. Everything is in perfect working order.
Layout of the villa:
It is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa built in 2 levels, with a spacious outdoor area in the back with a furnished terrace, swimming pool & jacuzzi (not a hot tub) and lounge chairs surrounding the pool. The villa features both indoor and outdoor with a dining table and 8 chairs – perfect for those tropical dinners with your family & friends.
The interior is kept in a contemporary style with minimal decor and fresh modern furniture combined with a few touches of Caribbean style and charm. It has a clean and modern feel, and the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room makes this villa a place where you’ll feel very welcome.

The villa is fully air-conditioned with central air and/or split a/c units in the bedrooms and downstairs living room.
One bedroom is located downstairs, and the remaining 3 bedrooms are all upstairs. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony that overlooks the pool area and golf course.
Downstairs:
Downstairs, you’ll find the spacious living room, which is divided into two sections – one with a sitting area and another with a large sofa lounge area.
The kitchen and dining room is located right off the living room and is one open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals during your vacation – or you can hire a chef to do the work for you (groceries are not included)!

From the living/dining room, you have a direct access to the furnished terrace, swimming pool & jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and garden overlooking the Cocotal golf course.
Upstairs:
Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy TV room with large sofas, a dedicated work space, and large sliding windows that open up to the balcony. The remaining 3 bedrooms are also located on this floor.
Bedrooms
In total, there 4 bedrooms in the villa – 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs.
- The first bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed, closet space, ensuite bathroom and a small, private terrace.
- The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet space and ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower and bathtub. From it, you can walk directly out on the large balcony which has impressive views of the pool area and golf course.
- The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a king bed, closet space, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the (same) balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.
- The 3th bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, closet space and ensuite bathroom.
All 4 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom with shower and some bathrooms also have a tub. There’s plenty of closet space, a flat-screen TV and air-conditioning.
Guest access
When staying at the villa, you can enjoy the following villa amenities:
- Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant located on Bavaro Beach with complimentary transportation;
- Transportation is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Minimum consumption at the bar/restaurant is $20 per person and outside food and drinks are prohibited at the beach club.
Note: Food and drinks at Jellyfish Restaurant & Bar are not included in the villa rental and must be paid for directly at the restaurant. Blackout dates (e.g. due to private events) and other restrictions may apply!

Cocotal Golf & Country Club:
There is currently no resort fee, but there are additional fees for the use of the following resort amenities and facilities:
- Cocotal Golf Course (27 holes)
- Cocotal Golf Practice (range and putting green)
- Gym and outdoor CrossFit workouts
- Kids pool and playground
- Mini market
- SUP, tennis courts
- Restaurants and bars
- Soccer field
- Swimming pool, etc.
Note: Additional fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.

The villa is located in a private gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club prior to arrival. Outside guests are welcome and must be registered with a valid ID. An additional fee applies for outside guests to be registered and the resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
Other things to note
The villa rental includes a maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club, including a 27-hole golf course ($), clubhouse with restaurant ($), bar ($), pool area, playground and paddle tennis ($). You’ll also have preferred access to Jellyfish Beach Club ($) located on Bavaro Beach.
*Guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club (only for property owners)!
To complete the booking process, a separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed. All villa guests must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club prior to arrival. The villa has security cameras at the front door.
Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

There is a golf club not far from the villa, where you will find a communal pool with a children’s pool, playground, exotic Balinese beds, a bar and restaurant, and paddle tennis courts ($).
