The space
This beautiful private villa was constructed initially for the owner, so it has every detail that will make you feel at home. Located in the heart of Cocotal Golf Course, it is the perfect Punta Cana getaway for groups or families.
The villa has a bright and very practical interior
The villa is located in a gated community, right in front of shopping centers and supermarkets. It is 5 minutes away from the beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities.
Spacious and bright dining space at the villa
The villa offers all the comforts of being at home. TVs are in the living room and in two of the bedrooms, and air conditioning is only in the bedrooms. In-suite bathrooms, plus a small guest toilet in the living room and large walking closets in the bedrooms.
There is a very large private backyard with golf and pool views, a private pool, a gazebo, an indoor and outdoor dining area, and an indoor and outdoor kitchen. Guests have access to the entire house. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included, and cleaning after check-out is at no cost.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with 5 beds for 9 people: 1 king-size bed, 3 queen-size beds, and 1 single bed.

- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed, AC, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, TV, walking closet.
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed, AC, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, walking closet.
- Bedroom 4: 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed, AC, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, TV, walking closet.
Guest access
The villa is nestled within a private, gated resort community. For security purposes, all guests staying at the villa must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club prior to arrival.
You’re welcome to have visitors during your stay! However, anyone who isn’t staying overnight needs to register with the resort by showing a valid ID. There’s a fee for registering visitors, and the resort has the right to deny access to anyone if necessary.
To finalize your booking, you’ll need to sign a separate rental agreement that outlines the house rules. Just a heads up that there are security cameras by the front door (including a doorbell camera) and on the back patio, but these will be disabled for your privacy during your stay.

- Guest Registration: All guests staying at the villa, including those in your party, must be pre-registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. This applies to both primary renters and any additional guests.
- Outside Guests: Visitors are welcome; however, all outside guests must register with the resort upon arrival and present a valid form of identification. An additional fee will be applied for registration. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
- Security Cameras: The villa has security cameras installed. They can be disabled during your stay to ensure your privacy.

- Your rental comes with a maid who speaks Spanish. He/she might have their room at the villa.
- There’s a villa manager who speaks both English and Spanish. They’re your point person for any questions or if you need something extra during your stay. They’ll meet you when you arrive, get you settled in, and be available throughout your trip.

Bavaro Beach is just a 5-minute drive from Cocotal, and there are many local restaurants, bars, and shopping options nearby. Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is about 17 kilometers (10.5 miles) away, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is approximately a 3-hour drive.

Absolutely jaw dropping home situated on the beautiful Cocotal Golf Course. Very spacious and convenient that every room had its own walk in closet and bathroom. Very clean the hosts are great! Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

The place surpassed our expectations.. the family room is very beautiful and has an amazing courtyard .. very well kept and clean.. I have rented from binca for past three years and this place is the best. Highly recommended and I would return next year for sure
