C101 Florisel – Stone throw from the Beach

Yanely was very friendly. The apartment looks exactly then on the pictures. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. Keep in mind if you are walking to the Stores to put a Sun head and Sun protection on it is very hot in Punta Cana.

Location, location, location. Could not have picked a better place to stay. Do not need a car but I rented one and parking was available. Yanely was there to meet me and the apartment was perfect. You can walk to anything you need and the beach is right there. Great restaurants and BAM supermarket. Sole's Chill Out bar makes am mean drink and the food was good as well. Definitely going back.

We had a blast staying here and saved a bunch of money! The staff were very helpful and met us as soon as we arrived via taxi and called our taxi for departure. Restaurant on the beach has great food and drinks and loved Kat's corner for breakfast. Market for souvenirs next doors and the beach is beautiful and clean. We were able to walk on the beach to the nearby resort our friends wedding was on and was a safe area. 2 bath towels provided and 2 beach towels. Cute porch attached and adorable bungalow style with vegetation. Shower was nice and lots of storage for things. Big water dispenser in kitchen since water isn't good to drink. Flat screen tv. Most places take American dollars and pesos and a local market takes cards. Rented cars and scooters nearby. Definitely going the AIRBNB route here! Thanks for a great stay and host was very communicative.

We stayed in Hanane's appartment for 11 days. She made us feel very welcome, communication was very easy and very prompt, she answered us back within couple of minutes. It's amazing! The listing was accurate. There was everything we needed. There was a drinking water dispensor that was changed every time requested. The neighbourhood is very safe in a secured gated area with a minute walk to the beach. Hanane also left us a discount card for a nearby shop and a map of the area. There is also a restaurant with great reviews nearby.

Very nice experience! We loved every single minute of our stay at Florisel, our hosts Hanane & Cesar were great, always available for us along with their staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby, calm neighborhood and wonderful beaches. We highly recommend their service! Thank you!!!

Hanane and Cesar made us feel so welcome and comfortable! I am so grateful I found their listing. I felt so taken care of. They gave us space, but always were available and anytime we needed anything and were so friendly about it. They always arranged for taxis to and from the airport and anywhere we wanted to go, which was super helpful. The neighborhood was perfectly quaint and beautiful. We are so glad we stayed here rather than at an all inclusive resort. There were plenty of food options around, excursions and shopping if you wanted that. The beach was amazing and literally a few steps away. I really hope to go back and visit! I loved them! Bernardo and everyone at the apartments were friendly and very helpful! I feel like we left with new friends in everyone there I will miss it very much!!!

We were greeted upon our arrival by the host, and shown the property. We arrived earlier than expected, so we were treated to beers at the beachside bar while our room was cleaned. The listing of both the apartment and the property is accurate. The apartment was clean, and had air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. By far the best thing about is was the proximity to the incredible beach. Our host also set up cabs to/from the airport for us! Overall, we felt extremely welcome in the apartment and only have great things to say about the host and our stay!

Everything went very smoothly. The apartment and accommodations exceeded expectations. Nini was very nice and helpful. Having quick access to the beach work towels and chairs was awesome. Being only a 5 min walk from restaurants, bars, and supermarkets was great as well.

This was a very nice condo. We were greeted by the groundskeeper when we arrived. She is very hard working and helped us with everything we needed including introducing us to the local restaurants and shops. The complex also had security 24/7 which was really nice. We felt very safe and were comfortable. The condo was nice as well. Exactly how it was described. Fresh towels were provided including beach towels. The location is amazing. It is right next to the beach and the complex provided chairs to lay on the beach. There are many local shops and restaurants in the area with good price. Would definitely recommend this place!
