The 2-story villa has 5 bedrooms for 10 guests. A superb interior, a pool with jacuzzi including maid service – everything for your perfect holiday or a special event.

The space
This beautiful 5-bedroom villa in Puna Cana is built in 2 levels, with a spacious outdoor area with a furnished (covered) terrace, swimming pool & jacuzzi (not a hot tub), and a nice, big pool deck with sunbeds – perfect for those lazy, sunny days when you just want to relax by the swimming pool and soak up the sun.
The interior is kept in a contemporary style with simple and minimal decor with furniture in white and neutral colors combined with a few touches of Caribbean style, colors, and charm. It has a clean and modern feel and the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room makes this villa a place where you’ll feel very welcome and comfortable.
A spacious living room where you can spend time gathering
The outdoor area of the villa is probably where you will spend most of your time. The large terrace has nice outdoor furniture with a dining table, BBQ (gas grill), and a sofa sitting area where you can relax in the shade and just have a good time with your family & friends.
Downstairs
Downstairs, you’ll find the spacious living room, which is divided into two sections – one with a comfortable sofa sitting area another with a sofa & large TV. The living room is connected through an open floor plan to the indoor dining room and an open kitchen with the island/breakfast bar.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals during your vacation – or you can hire a chef to do the work for you to make your vacation life easier (food & beverages are not included)!

From the living and dining room, you have direct access to the furnished terrace, swimming pool & jacuzzi – overlooking the Cocotal golf course.
Upstairs
Here, you’ll find another living room with a high vaulted ceiling, comfortable furniture, and large sliding windows that open up to a large balcony with views of the pool and golf course.

There is also a terrace overlooking the pool and beautiful views of nature and the Cocotal Golf and Country Club and the remaining 3 bedrooms.
Bedrooms
In total, there 5 bedrooms in the villa – 2 downstairs and 3 upstairs.
- The bedrooms downstairs have a queen bed, closet space, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.
- Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity (2 sinks), shower, and bathtub. You can walk directly out on the large balcony with impressive views of the pool area and golf course.
- The 2 remaining bedrooms upstairs each have 2 twin beds, closet space, and an en-suite bathroom. The twin beds can be combined into a king-size bed. One bedroom has direct access to the pool and golf course balcony.

Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

This villas was beautiful big and spacious. It was 8 of us the villa had enough space for everyone to move around. Our housekeeper Marteena was wonderful. Our chef Jesu’s made us delicious food all weekend. Everything was great.

The location of the home was great, not far from places. Suggest getting a rental car if you do plan to adventure out, taxi rides were a bit pricey and you can’t walk out the community easily it’s quite some ways from the front gate. Other wise the showers were hot, the maid was awesome absolutely opt in for her to cook for you she made DELICIOUS meals. 5 out of 5 and so sweet as well she made sure everything was tidy through the entire day. The pool was nice to have, not heated but on the hot days it was perfect. The golf course view was amazing as well. Our stay was great as host pierro made things easy as well thank you and would def recommend this home and would def stay here again as well.

La hospitalidad fue inmejorable, la casa es hermosa, el sector por igual. Es un sitio súper seguro, y pueden recrearse en familia y todos disfrutarán. Para los que le gustan las fotos, la casa tiene unos paisajes preciosos, puedes despejar tu mente, descansar y pasarla súper. Por la zona hay mucho que hacer, el anfitrión les ayuda, cualquier duda él está dispuesto, responde súper rápido y la verdad le agradecemos en enormes cantidades. Sin duda SÚPER RECOMENDADO!

This place was a great place to stay especially for bigger groups of friends or families. The host was quick to respond, the property manager Helena was great. I definitely would stay here again and recommend this place.
