King-size bed
This comfortable and family-friendly condo in Punta Cana features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other features two full-size beds. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub. The second bathroom is not adjacent to the bedrooms but has a toilet and bathtub. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.
The apartment is ideal for up to 5 people: 2 people can sleep in each bedroom, and the fifth person can sleep on the sofa in the living room (pay attention: it is not a sofa bed, but just a typical sofa large enough for one person to sleep there).
The living room boasts a large, comfortable sofa and a coffee table. Rest and enjoy some TV programs or a fantastic view from the window while relaxing on this sofa. The apartment has Internet and TV from the best provider in the region.

We are proud of the unique location of this apartment: in the center of Bavaro, on the territory of the secure gated community. This location offers all you need for a comfortable stay!
- Only residents with special passes can access the community. We will issue special temporary passes for you. Please send us your ID/passport in advance so we can issue the passes.
- Please take into account that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA. During your check-in and check-out, we will collect the data together and show you the difference that should be covered. We charge 22 pesos per 1 kilowatt. You pay only for what you consume.
- Some photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were taken by a professional photographer with a professional camera: illumination and color tones may differ slightly from the real ones.
- Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
- We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
- We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you entirely from the local fauna. Please let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the apartment, and we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Excursions, transportation, and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
- Please mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special event, please let me know beforehand.
- Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with the policies on our website. Please ensure you know the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
During check-in we kindly ask our guests to pay $300 deposit. During check out, after we checked the difference, we returned it to the guests.
Neighborhood
This lovely residence is located right in the center of the World-famous golf club of Cocotal with its amazing views. Where else can you combine your vacation with improving your golf skills or taking a couple of lessons?
Moreover, the residential complex features a small grocery store and a restaurant.

We had a great 2 night stay at this modern/cozy apartment. Our host, Vasiliy was excellent in communication prior to our arrival and made every effort to see that we were settled in comfortably. He was available 24/7 for questions and assistance. We have two small kids so safety is important to us when making our selection. Vasiliy's apartment was in a quiet, secure, guarded private residential neighborhood that perfectly satisfied our needs. It is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and several resort beach hotels. Would absolutely recommend for families and anyone who wants to experience Bavaro outside of the all inclusive resorts.

Leiligheten er moderne, komfortabel og ligger plassert på lukket område. Den har høyt tak, kjempebra aircon, stor veranda, ingen gjenboere og utsikt over golfbanen. Rett utenfor er et lite basseng, på området i gåavstand et stort klubbasseng med bar og med tilgang til resortområdet rett over gaten har du nok å velge i. Stort supermarked rett utenfor hovedporten. Vi hadde bil og lokasjonen gjør at jeg anbefaler dette. Du har egen parkeringsplass. På resortområdet kan du kjøre helt til resepsjonen. Egne resortbiler kjører deg til bassengene. Der er det bare å kvittere ut håndklær. Vasiliy er utdannet, dannet, serviceminded og har forståelse for hvordan det er å leie gjennom Airbnb. Svarte raskt på alle forespørsler. Leverte høy sericekvalitet gjennom hele leieperioden og hadde gode forslag på våre forespørsler til steder å besøke, plasser å handle og generelle tips.

It was a Breathtaking experience! Cocotal area is just above all expectations. We were there with my family. Every morning you can hear birds chirping. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere, you are literally in the paradise! The second time we were in Dominican Republic and the second time we booked with Vasiliy – and again an exceptional experience. His residences are not like other options where our friends had stayed. Vasiliy runs really tidy, fresh apartments with amazing design and amenities, and unbelievable service! You feel like everything at this place is thought out so you’d have the best stay possible. It is pretty unique at this combination. The apartment itself is just state of the art! Modern design, solid stainless steel appliances. It’s fresh and lovely. Ideal place if you want to escape from routine. We were worrying at this point to go the Dominican Republic you never know what safe for your family and what isn’t. With Cocotal and this apartment it was just the most secure place ever. Security checks at the gate day and night. It made us feel well protected. If you are looking for the most secure and private place – Cocotal is it! The big swimming pool in Cocotal is outstanding! All lounge chairs, palanquins, and the pool itself are so fantastic! Literally like in the movies. We couldn't even imagine that this is possible. There is a small bar right by the pool! We didn’t have time for the golf course, but even if you’re not playing golf – it make an unbelievable scenery. Green everywhere you see! We bought a day pass to the Sol Melia Resort. There are so many activities for children there – after watching/feeding turtles, ducks and flamingoes we played table tennis, billiard and then we’ve skipped the video games room and left the kids in the kindergarten (free of charge!) to be looked after by four animators while we hit the gym. We’ve enjoyed massages and sauna at Spa Center (at an extra fee). Spa center is very fancy, with modern design. Sol Melia's private beach is fantastic -- with parasols and beach chairs. White quartz sand which doesn’t burn your feet! And it’s next to a swimming pool! We bought a day pass to enjoy Sol Melia’s restaurants and bars... and have a romantic dinner. And again it was fantastic. Our residence was so quiet and perfect for rest that we could not expect more! We spent some time in the morning walking around Cocotal area with kids. It’s huge, tremendous. We took some amazing photos at the bridge over a small lake. Vasiliy did an amazing job. Communication and transfers were nice and fast. Our host was very attentive to details and true local expert. Overall impression – 10 out of 5! ;) It’s the best ever value we received, so far! I wish we stayed more in this apartment than in a hotel. Next time...
