It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Host was very responsive and the view was magnificent. I would give this a 4.5, but I don't think there is a choice for that rating. The only downside was there were stairs to the 4th floor and that should be disclosed. I had an injury that made it a bit of a struggle. The pool was not operating. Other than that, it was a beautiful way to wake up the morning; it felt safe and the local restraurants were great.

We had a group of 10 staying at Nadia’s Villa, and it was the perfect place for us!
Plenty of space so we never felt on top of each other. The daily housekeeper was such a nice amenity. The outside area was also beautiful and large with more than enough seating areas both in and out of the sun. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils so you can eat in no problem. Also the beach is literally a 2 min walk away. Such a nice location.
Nadia and her crew were also very responsive and attentive if we had any issues. If you want to stay outside of the resorts and have tons of space this was an awesome place to stay.

The house was extremely nice and looked exactly like the pictures. My friends and I had a great stay and were able to walk to several restaurants along the beach. Also, several stores were within walking distance as well.
This is my second time staying at one of Vasiliy properties, and both stays were wonderful. I am looking forward to returning to Punta Cana and booking with Vasiliy again.
10 out of 10 recommendation for Vasiliy properties and as a host!

Great location and an amazing beach! The place was very clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The host was also quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Great location with great security! Host and staff were very responsive and met all of our needs in a very timely fashion. This is the 2nd property of Vasily’s we stayed at and will always look to stay at one of his properties for future trips.
