It was super helpful before we checked in, gave us wifi info/recommendations for places to eat. The staff were super accommodating, the place was really clean and modern. Felt safe in the apartment. Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Our stay was great,
The service was amazing, we had an inconvenience with the a/c however they were fast to fix the issue.
Other good thing is that they have connections to different activities and it makes it easier to plan fun things.
The view is amazing, however if you are planning to get in the water you have to walk a distance to get to the clean beach, during our stay it had a lot of seaweed.
On the weekends it gets loud from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, we didn’t mind the noise as the DJ played enjoyable music.
downside:
The kitchen lacks better quality equipment to cook. We didn’t mention it because we didn’t cook, but if you are planning to cook it might be challenging with the equipment they have.
the roads are extremely damaged and traffic gets heavy.
If you have a car it gets difficult to park as the parking space is too small to reverse.

Vasiliy and his team were amazing from beginning to end of our trip. We felt at home from day 1 and communicating with the airbnb team was very easy and they attended to our every need! We had had a great time in this safe and beautiful paradise. Don’t hesitate to book with Vasiliy and his team you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great and as I expected. The few times that I needed help from Nadia and her staff, they were attentive, responded to calls and messages quickly, and helped us out right away. I will definitely be staying at more of her properties in the future. Thanks Nadia!!

We had a great stay. The beach is right in front. It has probably the best unobstructed view of the water on the entire beach. As with everywhere in Punta Cana, there is seaweed, but the neighboring resort cleans it constantly, and they have a barrier for it in the water that cuts down on it significantly. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 king and 1 queen beds. There is also a big couch in the living room. They have WiFi. The host is very responsive and very quickly gets back with you. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water, and they responded back in less than 2 minutes that there were switches for each bathroom to turn them on. There is a great pizza restaurant right below the condo, and a great grill called Soles right next door. All the water sports you want are right in front…boat rides parasailing…

This place is amazing!! Location Location Location!!!!! Soles is around the corner. Shopping center is 15min drive. Nightlife is also 15-20min drive. We unfortunately got here on hurricane season (July) so the beaches were filled with seaweed but the water was warm. The only thing I would want fixed at the house is the water pressure in showers and the safes. Everything else is amazing. Amazing host. Amazing help. Amazing trip.
