My friends recommended me this company for my vacation in Punta Cana, and I am grateful for this, as their managers helped me to plan everything from the transfer to the villa I rented through them to the private excursions and massages. Definitely will use their services again in the future!... Show all ↓

It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Show all ↓

Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Just spent 5 days with 6 people at this apartment and it was simply outstanding. The place itself is right on the beach and has full length windows for amazing views of the ocean and sunrise. It has a massive open layout with large spaces for the living and dining areas. All the bedrooms had king size beds, private bathrooms and one of the bedrooms even had its own patio. The balcony was a great add on and the thoughtful addition of a grill made it fun to do a cook out facing the ocean. Its tough to leave the apartment, but its right on the beach and there are plenty of activities right there including parasailing, snorkeling and party boats. It's also right next Soles, which has really great grilled seafood, meats and fresh mixed juices. Also feels very secure with a night watchmen, multiple gates to entry and security at every entrance. Walkable to a convenience store on the property, and several options to get souvenirs nearby. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely come back!

All 6 of us had a lovely time. The villa is extremely nice and spacious. Pool area is relaxing. The host and everyone we dealt with were very responsive and helpful with recommendations, calling taxis etc. Very close to the beach (10 mins). Zoe, the housekeeper, showed up on time, had a great attitude and went out of her way to be helpful. Overall, a very good experience.

Beautiful apartment, incredible views right on the beach! Very spacious and comfortable and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Good AC in bedrooms and main area. Restaurants within walking distance right on the beach or in town. Excellent communication and support from the AirBnB. However, the listing misrepresents some things. It purports "free resort access," but we were not told about a resort we could use. The listing mentions a fully equipped kitchen. There is a stove, but the propane output is very weak making it hard to even fry an egg. There is no oven, only a microwave. The grill barely works. There is a hodgepodge of pots with no matching lids. There is no bottle opener, corkscrew, salt, pepper. Another problem is the loud music from the bar next door that lasts until 11:00 pm some nights. Finally, new shades that actually cover the windows are needed. With these small improvements, this place would definitely earn 5 stars and we would not hesitate to return.
