The space
Welcome to our spacious 5,500 square feet one-level villa in Punta Cana Resort & Golf Club. Surrounded by dense tropical vegetation on all sides, it creates a perfect tropical temperature for comfortable stay in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
This Contemporary Mediterranean-style villa offers a great outdoor area with a furnished terrace, hammocks, a gorgeous swimming pool, and sun lounges to enjoy refreshing drinks and sunbathing in a group of up to 10 people. The outdoor dining area is perfect to have a good time at dinners with close friends or family.
Consisting of two buildings separated by a garden, it offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, with two bedrooms in each, this villa provides privacy and an opportunity to relax in peace and quiet to all guests of the villa.
Each beautiful bedroom in the villa has its own full private bathroom with a shower and all necessary items. All of them have terraces and are equipped with TV sets, closets, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning. You will definitely find here everything you may need for a wonderful holiday. Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed and outdoor jacuzzi for relaxing under the stars. There are two queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom, while the 3rd and the 4th bedrooms offer two double beds in each one. Breathtaking views over the tropical paradise from each bedroom are guaranteed!
A spacious living area for spending a great time with your family and friends will offer comfortable amenities for your group! Here you will find a thought-through sitting area with a small indoor fountain which adds a tropical touch to the design and will make your stay in the villa even more enjoyable. Get together here with the whole company to watch TV, listen to music, or just talk over a drink. Right from the living room, you can get to a spacious garden-view terrace with an outdoor dining area and a clean swimming pool.
Step outside the living room and get to the indoor dining area for wonderful evenings with your loved ones, and then to the well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you may need. It will be a great pleasure to cook in this kitchen overlooking the garden and pool.
Everything is thought out here from the landscape design to professional lighting and wooden blinds on the windows, which makes the villa most comfortable and pleasant on hot days in Punta Cana. If you want to make your holiday as carefree as possible, we can arrange for you the service of a maid ($89 per day) and private chef (at additional charge) so that you can enjoy delicious Dominican cuisine right at the villa. Two parking spaces on site are at your service.

The villa is located in a closed gated community with 24/7 security, close to the sea, sun and magnificent beaches of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. So you don’t have to worry about anything and fully enjoy all the amenities of Punta Cana Resort & Golf Club.

Villa staff
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a gardener included. The gardener will work in the garden and take care of the pool to keep everything neat and clean.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Additional fees apply to all extra services. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and are available throughout your entire stay. Our online support staff will be with you throughout your stay too.

We are always ready to answer any of your questions. Do not hesitate to contact me. We will be happy to help you book transport from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping and other services. A chef service is available at an additional cost.
Registration will be done by me or my assistant. We provide you with all the information you need, give you helpful tips on what to do and where to go – you will know all about the best places to visit.
Other things to note
On the arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1500 IN CASH, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out.
Please, send us the copies of passports/IDs of your group members to get access cards to the gated community. They will be ready for your check-in always when you send your documents beforehand. You might be asked for an ID for your first access.
