The space
Villa Palapa is a dream come true when it comes to visiting DR. Located in the luxurious Arrecife Community, you will have easy access to white sand beaches and restaurants, Six Senses Spa, Tennis & Padel Club, Equestrian Center & Polo Club, Kite Surf or Scuba Diving Club, and 45 perfectly groomed golf holes (Corales PGA-certified golf course).
Surrounded by tropical gardens and just a short walk from turquoise waters, it offers a relaxing atmosphere. Maid service included.

As you enter the villa, the first level welcomes you with a patio entry, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Walk through to your private pool area and enjoy the heated jacuzzi.
Directly outside, the private pool area is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, creating a tranquil retreat. The villa’s location also makes it an ideal base for exploring nearby attractions.

There is currently no resort fee, but separate fees do apply for the use of the following facilities and amenities at the resort:

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.
The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- The Spanish-speaking maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The maid may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (catamaran, deep-sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
