- We fumigate the villa regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitoes, cockroaches, and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter any insects in the condo: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Excursions, transportation, and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
- Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special events, please, let me know beforehand.
- Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with the policies on our website. Please make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
- We provide towels based on the number of guests you mentioned in your reservation.
During check-in, we kindly ask our guests to pay a $500 US deposit. During check-out, after the proper check of everything at the villa, we return it to the guests if everything is fine.

10/10 highly recommend! Nadia responds very quickly and has an amazing team in country. They were all very responsive and helpful with many situations. The villa is super cute in a nicely guarded neighborhood that has constant security guards and surveillance cameras which helped us feel very safe. There's many restaurants within walking distance and the beach is right across the street. It's a beautiful tropical area with lots of excursions to do unless it rains. When it rains everything shuts down so bring a deck of cards to play just in case. I also recommend bringing enough clothes so you don't have to do laundry.

The place was really nice, spacious and unique. There was six of us and we stayed comfortably in our own quarters. The villa looks better in person in my opinion and it was right next to the pool, unlike the other villas. Didn’t have a problem or issue during our stay. Nika was so nice and helpful during check in.

this place was great! we enjoyed each day and some times just wanted to stay in more so than venture out. the beach was no morr then 500 yards away. there was a mini-mart and breakfast bistro 200 feet from this bnb. many lovely places to view and see and security was prominent. vasiliy always answered within minutes as did his administrator whom was fluent in many languages and on the property in less then 1 hrs if needed. we could have guest with which in resorts you cannot bring outside guest. we had a chef but went with other options. the locals where amazing in helping and the rooms where Space-ish with no bulky objects. there was a pool to accommodate with warm water for sunset quick nightly dips. I only wish the water for showering and cooking would have been hit and pressure higher. the exterior is weatehred but the humidity in this place and moisture makes it to be that way. there is a full fridge and it took a while to cool down our beverages.
