This villa offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay:

You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g., transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, golf reservations, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on the property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

We are always available to answer any questions you might have. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. We will be happy to help you book transportation from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping, and other services. Cleaning and/or chef services can be provided for extra charge.

The check-in will be done by us or our assistant. We will provide you with all the necessary information, give you useful advice about what to do and where to go – you will know everything about the best places to visit.

Pre-arrival concierge services

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

• Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
• Rental cars and other transportation
• Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
• Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
• Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)
• Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
• All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa

Casa de Campo Resort fee

Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:

• Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
• Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
• Children 0-4 – free.

The resort fee gives you access to the following Casa de Campo Resort amenities:

• Altos de Chavon Mediterranean Village
• Dye Fore Golf Course (27-hole Pete Dye Course)
• Equestrian Center and Polo (lessons available)
• Hotel Fitness Center

Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
