The studio features 1 king-size bed and 1 bunk bed (with two levels). This cozy family getaway is ideal for up to 4 guests. It will also be comfortable for a small company of close friends.

The room features a TV and a sofa. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric mini-stove and a fridge. The bathroom has a new shower and a toilet. The entire studio is new and equipped with modern appliances. It is located on the ground floor. TV and the Internet are from the best provider in the region.

• Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from those in the studio: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
• We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
• Excursions, transportation, and other services the Super Host provides on your request are paid separately.
• Please keep in mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special events, please let me know beforehand.
• Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with the policies on our website. Please ensure you know the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
