The space
This incredible property is a unique, 8400 sq. ft. villa built in 2 levels. The villa has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a grand living- and dining room. The outdoor space includes a swimming pool with surrounding deck and sunbeds, as well as an outdoor “palapa” (an open-sided deck with a roof) with a dining table and sofa lounge area. The villa is surrounded on both sides by tall palm trees that give you maximum privacy from the neighboring villas.
The hallways downstairs and upstairs are open to the sky, so you will always feel close to nature and the warm Caribbean breeze.
Three of the bedrooms have impressive high vaulted ceilings and the entire villa has central air condition. The interior of the villa has plenty of natural wood furniture, comfortable furniture, and big windows to let the natural light sweep through every room.
You can spend your days playing in the large swimming pool, soaking up the sun on the deck or find a cooler spot in the shade. The outdoor palapa is the perfect place to enjoy casual lunches with your family and friends and to end the day with a drink.
Downstairs
Walkthrough the impressive entrance of the villa and the first this you see is the pond and cascading waterfall in the hallway leading to the living- and dining room. The calming sound of water trickling down the stone wall will instantly make you feel relaxed and comfortable in this space.
The large living- and dining room offers plenty of comfortable sitting areas, a dining table for 8 persons, and big windows with views of the garden and tropical vegetation. From this space, you have access to a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and BBQ grill. From the patio, you can walk to the outdoor Palapa and swimming pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook wonderful meals during your vacation. You also have the option to hire a personal chef to cook for you, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation even more!
The bedroom located downstairs is perfect for families with small children. This bedroom has a queen-size bed, a pull-out bunk bed for children, TV, DVD player, a desk, ceiling fan, a/c, closet and a bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower, outdoor shower, and outdoor spa/massage area.
Just across the bedroom in the hallway, you will find the guest bathroom (half bath).
Upstairs
The master bedroom is an impressive suite with a high, vaulted ceiling, a/c, a beautiful king bed, sofa sitting area, TV, a desk, closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and bathtub. The master suite also has a big, wrap-around balcony with furniture and an incredible view of the pool area and golf course.
The upstairs open-air hallway leads to the last two bedrooms. In the hallway, you will also find a Bali-bed that offers a meditative space for those who like to enjoy some quiet time during your vacation.
The 3rd bedroom has a high, vaulted ceiling, a/c, a king bed, TV, a desk, large windows, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower.
The 4th bedroom has a high, vaulted ceiling, a/c, a king bed, TV, a vanity that can be used as a desk, large windows, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Villa staff
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 2 maids included to clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens. The maids live on the property in the adjacent staff quarters.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Additional fees apply to all extra services. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
Guest interaction
We are always available to answer any questions you might have. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions. We will be happy to help you book transportation from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping, and other services. Cleaning and/or chef services can be provided for extra charge.
The check-in will be done by me or my assistant. We will provide you with all the necessary information, give you useful advice about what to do and where to go – you will know everything about the best places to visit.

Pre-arrival concierge services
Once you book the Villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (catamaran, deep-sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)

When you stay at these villas, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club, including a 27-hole golf course ($), clubhouse with restaurant ($), bar ($), pool area, playground and paddle tennis ($). You’ll also have preferred access to Jellyfish Beach Club ($) located on Bavaro Beach.
*Guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club (only for property owners)!
Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourism capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is most famous for its world-class beaches and championship golf courses.
There are also plenty of fun excursions and activities available in the area. Punta Cana Resort & Club is home to the Caribbean’s ultimate beach and golfing experience. The magnificent gated beachfront resort includes 3 miles of white sand beaches and 2 of the best golf courses in the Caribbean – La Cana (27 holes by P.B. Dye) and Corales (18 holes by Tom Fazio).
The resort also has the Oscar de la Renta tennis center, an ecological park and the only Six Senses Spa in the Caribbean.
Getting around
If you’re staying in Punta Cana, you might not really need a rental car. However, should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Chevrolet Tahoe). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
