Welcome to the villa located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Situated on the La Cana (Tortuga) Golf Course, the villa is within walking distance to the beach. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms in 6,000 sq. ft. of space. The villa includes daily housekeeping and a villa manager.

The space
The spacious common area immediately greets you as you enter the villa and is the perfect place for entertaining, family dinners or watching TV. There is a comfortable sofa with a TV on one side of the common area, a dining area on the other and access to the kitchen.
The living room has a lot of space for everyone and big TV
All the furniture in this villa has neutral colors of white and earth tones mixed with the calming blues of the ocean. The interior of the villa is very clean and free of unnecessary things.
Tortuga is a great and very safe area where most people leave the front and patio doors open to let in the tropical breeze.
A large and bright dining room with enough space for all guests
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook delicious meals during your vacation. You can also hire a personal chef ($) to cook for you and make your vacation even more enjoyable.
Open the large patio doors in the living and dining areas to access the outdoor patio, pool and backyard that borders the golf course. The covered terrace with ceiling fans features an outdoor dining table and a sofa seating area.
Soak up the warm sun on one of the poolside lounge chairs and jump into the pool for a refreshing dip. The backyard features a beautiful green lawn and views of the golf course.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. There are 5 beds in total – 2 king beds and a queen bed for 8 people.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master suite with 1 king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, dressers, en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and access to a balcony overlooking the pool, backyard and golf course.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, shared bathroom with bedroom 3 with shower and access to balcony with pool, backyard and golf course views.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 2 queen beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, shared bathroom with bedroom 2 with shower and access to balcony with pool, backyard and golf course views.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 1 queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, private bathroom with shower and access to terrace and pool.

There is currently no resort fee, but separate fees do apply for the use of the following facilities and amenities at the resort:

- Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center;

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.
The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- The Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (catamaran, deep-sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa

The property match the description on the internet and is what we were expecting. The Maid (Marcia), was spectacular and made our stay a very pleasing one.
