The space
A spacious ocean-view condo for rent is full of sunlight and ocean breeze. It features two levels and three bedrooms (there are 3 beds in total: 2 king-size beds and 1 queen-size bed). Two bedrooms with private bathrooms (shower + toilet) are located on the lower level, and the third bedroom is located on a higher level.

We provide you with a double air mattress upon request so that up to 8 people can have a comfortable stay in the apartment.
A cozy and illuminated living room features a soft sofa and a TV. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking (a stove, a microwave oven, a coffee-maker, a toaster, a blender, and a fridge). - We are proud of the unique location of this apartment: right on the world-famous Los Corales beach, near cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. This location offers all you need for a comfortable stay!
- Please take into account that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA. During your check-in and check-out, we will collect the data together and show you the differences that should be covered. We charge 22 pesos per 1 kilowatt. You pay only for what you consume.
- Some photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were taken by a professional photographer with a professional camera: illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
- Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
- We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
- Excursions, transportation, and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
- Please remember that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize a special event, please let me know beforehand.
- We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos, cockroaches, and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please let us know if you encounter any insects in the apartment, and we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with the policies on our website. Please make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
- We provide towels based on the number of guests you mentioned in your reservation. Changing of linens and towels is paid extra. If the reservation is longer than 4 days we provide extra set of fresh linens and towels, which we keep in the wardrobe for your use.
During check-in, we kindly ask our guests to pay a $300 deposit. During check out, after we checked the difference, we are returning it to the guests.

Vasiliy and his assistant Alex are amazing! The response time was almost immediate. We had an unexpected situation and Alex and Vasiliy went above and beyond to make sure we had proper accomodations. The unit and the views are as breathtaking as they appear in the photos. The house is right on the beach. Arranging excursions and transportation were a breeze! Per the description all of the markets, restaurants, etc. are within walking distance. I would suggest this house for any group!

The view from this place is incredible! With that said, you do have to hike up several flights of stairs so with the kids and the luggage it was a little bit of a hassle. Vasiliy was very fast with answering any questions and Alex was amazing and always available. He also had wonderful recommendations on activities for our family. They even had a blow up mattress for the kids to sleep on. We had 4 adults and 5 kids in our group and this place comfortably fit everyone. Also, love the neighborhood we were in. Great shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The view from the balcony is incredible and just as the picture shows. The apartment is well equipped but is beginning to show signs of wear. On the positive side, we did have some issues like no power a couple of time, AC broken and a toilet that didn't work but Vasiliy always responded with in 5 minutes and had someone over there immediately to fix. On the negative side, this is more a Dominican Republic comment and not the apartment, you can't drink the water so must use bottled water and the sewage systems across the island are bad. You can not put any toilet paper in toilets so all paper must go in trash cans. Also, the language barrier is a bit tough. Very few people spoke English so hard to communicate with shop owners and waiters. Vasiliy and Alex spoke very good English so that helped. One suggestion we found out late was you are right next to Secrets All Inclusive Resort. You can buy a day pass for $55 a day from 7am to 5pm and enjoy all their facility including food and drink. You can easily walk there on the beach. Its a beautiful property. We also went to a private beach called Playa Blanca which is on the Caribbean side of the island down by the airport. There the water is more turquoise and the beach was beautiful. They just ask that you buy drinks or food. There was no pressure to do either but waiters were always around to ask for anything to take care of you while on the beach.

The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. Vasiliy and the team are great and very responsive. Alex was very helpful and let us know about the popular activities and where the good food was. Furthermore Vasiliy went above and beyond on any questions and requests we had. Truly had a great time during our stay.

Hands down Vasiliy and the team provide first class service! We stayed for 1 night and it's a night we will never forget. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, he's very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with all accommodations. I booked all my transportation needs through Vasiliy and the drivers were all amazing. Crazy thing is I'm Dominican and never been to this side of the island and let me just say that I regret not doing it sooner. The location and area of the home is beyond great with amazing views. You have a lot of options within walking distance to shop and eat. Also, after weeks of trying to propose to my now fiancé in Boston and not being able to do it cause of the weather, I was able to pull it off thanks to Vasiliy, his wife, and her assistant. I'm glad that it happened in Punta Cana and I will forever remember Vasiliy and his team for this. By the way, Alex was great and a pleasure to talk to! We will be visiting more properties in the near future. Thank you guys for everything!

Best place in Bravado. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Our family of four stayed for a week and loved it, including our two teenagers. Vasiliy runs a word class operation and his nephew Alex is a fantastic host. He made great suggestions for food and excursions. We recommend the dune buggie trip! Beautiful walks up and down the beach and very safe. Lots of private security in the area and police. Several really good places to eat well within walking distance. Just ask for recommendations when you check in. We had a rental car and suggest one for anyone that wants to do some private exploring. Go ahead and book your trip to this place today. You won't go wrong!!!!!

This is a wonderful property steps from the beach. It is a very comfortable base of operations. You can open all the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breezes and listen to the surf as you fall asleep. There are several markets and restaurants within a short walk. The is no real need for a car.

From the moment we booked, we knew we were in good hands with Vasiliy! He is so prompt with responses, his communication is efficient and thorough. Nothing is too small or petty when you ask (and we asked some silly questions). We felt safe and well taken care of once we arrived in the DR. Vasiliy provided us with transportation that was there waiting at the airport for us. He also provided us tips that we needed to navigate customs/immigration. We were greeted by Alex, who was the nicest, and he made sure we had everything we needed and were pleased with our surroundings. I think we were all dumb founded by the view, if it were even possible, it is prettier than the pictures! Alex explained everything to us and provided us with his contact info. The place was spotless and beautiful. The beach is safe and gorgeous! The patio was a dream, many hours were spent admiring the incredible views. Vasiliy and Alex gave wonderful food and excursion recommendations! We could not have had a better stay. Everything was beyond perfection!
