The space
This Cap Cana Caleton villa sits within the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. Right on the Punta Espada golf course, you’ll have amazing views of the 15th hole and the sparkling ocean. This stunning 5-bedroom villa is your perfect escape. It boasts 4.5 bathrooms spread across two floors, offering plenty of space for your group.
Villa layout
Step into the villa and enter a spacious common area with a large open kitchen, a floating bar, a dining area with a dining table for 12 people, and a comfortable living room with 2 sofa areas, chairs, and a TV.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and if you wish, you can even arrange for a personal chef to be at your service during your stay (for an additional fee – $).

Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas with covered terraces and balconies, a swimming pool, and a manicured garden. The common area seamlessly connects you to the stunning pool area. From the living room, step out onto the front terrace with ocean views, an additional outdoor dining table, and a charming sofa bed – the perfect place to relax with a cocktail in hand.

This villa has 5 bedrooms. There are 6 beds in total (sleeps 10). Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan:
Bedroom 1 (upstairs, main building) with 2 queen beds, an open closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with garden and golf course views.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs, guest house) with 1 queen bed, an open closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a private balcony with garden views.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs, guest house) with 1 queen bed, an open closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a private balcony with garden views.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs, guest house) with 1 queen bed, an open closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with garden views.
Bedroom 5 (downstairs, guest house) features 1 queen bed, open closet, en-suite shower room and private terrace with garden views.
Note: Master bedroom (owner’s suite) is not included in villa rental.

There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:

- Lago Azul (kayaking, paddle boarding, etc.);

Note. Separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash the towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. A housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a manager available during your stay, who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked before arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.
Other things to note
To confirm your booking, you’ll need to sign two things:
- A rental agreement with all the details of your stay.
- A separate document with the house rules for the villa.
Before you arrive, everyone staying in the villa needs to register with Cap Cana Resort. This quick process ensures everyone has access to the resort amenities.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
