The space
It is a 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, private bathroom, and own kitchen. Here we can host a maximum of 4 people, which makes it perfect for a family with kids, couples, and a group of friends.
The apartment is located in a gated community, 2 minute walk from Playa Bavaro beach, equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
This is an apartment with a bright design, in which everything is thought out to the smallest detail and simply created for an unforgettable vacation. You will undoubtedly like two stylish bedrooms with comfortable beds (double in one and two single in the other), air conditioning, bedside tables, and dressers, a spacious living room with a TV and a huge soft sofa, where there is enough space for the whole company, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment: stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.

- Please remember that it is forbidden to make noise that may disturb your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you would like to organize any special event, please let me know in advance.
Pool rules
Terms: from 9.00 to 18.00.
Be sure to take a shower before entering the pool.
The use of a bathing suit is required and it is forbidden to swim with shoes or inappropriate clothing.
The use of glass cups in the pool area is prohibited.
It is not allowed to be topless by the pool.
The use of the pool is prohibited for all persons with infectious diseases and/or non-healing wounds.
It is forbidden to book sun loungers by the pool.
There is no lifeguard. You will sail on your own responsibility.
In case of emergency, please contact a worker.
For your safety, we ask you not to swim in the pool outside of opening hours due to the cleaning process.
The condominium is not responsible for objects abandoned or forgotten on beaches and pools.
Children are not allowed to swim without adult supervision

Great place to stay. The unit and the location are perfect. The host is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would stay again and again. One drawback is that there are no screens on windows, so if you like to keep windows open for fresh air, you will get mosquitoes, but they did say that they will work on installing the screens. Thank you again, and 100% recommend this little paradise.
