White outdoor sofa is replaced with another one.
In case of rain some water can flow inside the unit, I will send staff free of charge to clean the water, or will replace your unit (subject of availability).

Being located in the tourist center, music can be heard at different times.
Don’t smoke inside or pay 300usd penalty via this site.

Great space and steps to the beach. Has everything you need and walking distance to many bars, restaurants and stores. The view is outstanding and the breeze you get all day long in the condo from the ocean is something I can’t even explain!!! The AC works great and even a fan for the common area. Awesome place!

We crashed here for one night. The communication with Daria was really good. She sent her driver to pick us up at the airport which made things for us much easier. Super close to the beach and beautiful view from the balcony. We’d recommend this place with no hesitation.
