Welcome to a new luxury villa in the heart of Cap Cana Resort. This estate features a personal chef, kitchen assistant, butler, bartender, daily housekeeping and property manager. It is located on the oceanfront at Las Iguanas Golf Course (9 holes opening November 2024, 9 holes opening 2025) with a private beach and views of the ocean and golf course.

The space
This stunning villa has 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 3 half-bathrooms. It has 3 floors and is located on the oceanfront, with a private beach in Cap Cana. It is a new construction since 2024.
With a unique and contemporary design, this home exudes an elegant, modern aesthetic, complemented by stylish furniture, art and all the amenities you could dream of.
Villa layout
Walk through the impressive front door and enter the grand foyer, which features a stunning spiral bar, indoor green space, and double-height ceilings. This area leads to a beautiful living room with an adjoining wine cellar, an indoor dining area with stunning ocean views, a bar, and a TV.
The living room easily connects to the balcony with outdoor seating, a pool, and a private beach (access to the pool requires going down two flights of stairs).
The villa has plenty of space for the whole group to relax
The spacious grounds feature a private pool, a pool deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a jacuzzi, and a private beach. Relax on one of the beach chairs and swim in the ocean.
Note: the ocean can be rough sometimes and there may be strong currents, so swimming is always at your own risk.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Plus, your accommodation comes with a personal chef and kitchen assistant who will prepare all your meals during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your holiday (food and drinks not included).

The villa features 10 spacious bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. It includes a primary suite and a second primary bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 8 bedrooms on the second floor.
The ground floor bedrooms include:
- Bedroom 1: This twin bedroom offers a pool view, air conditioning, TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a large wraparound terrace overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.
- Bedroom 2: This king bedroom features a pool and ocean view, air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a double shower, a private terrace, and access to the large wraparound terrace.
The first-floor bedrooms include:
- Bedroom 3: This twin bedroom offers a pool view, air conditioning, TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a large wraparound balcony overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.
- Bedroom 4: This is the primary suite, featuring a king bed, air conditioning, TV, his-and-hers walk-in closets, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, a private balcony, and access to the large wraparound balcony.
- Bedroom 5: This king bedroom features air conditioning, a TV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
- Bedroom 6: This king bedroom offers air conditioning, a TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with a front-facing view.
- Bedroom 7: This twin bedroom features a pool and ocean view, air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a large wraparound balcony.
- Bedroom 8: This twin bedroom offers a pool and ocean view, air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and access to the large wraparound balcony.
- Bedroom 9: This king bedroom has a pool and ocean view, AC, TV, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, and a large wraparound balcony.
- Bedroom 10: This is the second primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, AC, TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.
The villa offers 14 beds in total, which can comfortably accommodate 20 guests. Six of the beds are king-size, and eight are twin-size (two can be converted into one king bed).

There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:

Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Chef and Kitchen Assistant: Enjoy gourmet meals prepared by your personal Spanish-speaking chef and kitchen assistant. They’ll provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner tailored to your preferences. (Groceries are not included.) The chef and assistant may reside in a separate living area on the property.
- Bartender: Our Spanish- and English-speaking bartender will mix and serve your favorite drinks at the Estate. They may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Butler: Your Spanish- and English-speaking butler can assist with your every need. They’ll ensure a seamless stay, from serving drinks and meals to general housekeeping tasks. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Housekeepers: Our Spanish-speaking housekeepers will maintain the Estate’s cleanliness and comfort. They’ll handle daily tasks like making beds, washing towels and linens (typically every 3rd day), and general cleaning. Please note that we do not offer personal laundry services. The housekeepers may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Estate Manager: Your dedicated English- and Spanish-speaking Estate manager will be available throughout your stay. They’re your go-to person for any questions or requests. From welcoming you upon arrival to assisting with services not booked in advance, the Estate manager is your concierge.

Cap Cana is a large gated resort and residential community with 24-hour gated entry and security. It is one of the top resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities around the world, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies.
The resort offers a wide range of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the best in the Caribbean, and the Api Beach Club on the marina. You can also enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanfront golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for his excellence.

Getting around
The resort features mini-marts, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those who want to explore the resort’s surroundings, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located near the accommodation.
Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
