The space
This oceanfront villa is in the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Nestled along the Las Iguanas Golf Course – where nine new holes will open in 2024 and the remaining nine will open in 2025 – the estate offers a private beach, stunning ocean views, and a golf course.
Cap Cana is a large, gated resort and residential community with 24-hour security. Renowned as one of the premier destinations in the Dominican Republic, it is a favorite luxury getaway for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide.
The resort combines luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities to create an idyllic setting for relaxation and adventure.
Cap Cana Amenities
- Beaches: Enjoy Juanillo Beach, considered one of the finest in the Caribbean, and the Api Beach Club at the marina.
- Golf: Play at Punta Espada Golf Course, an oceanside course by Jack Nicklaus.

The Villa
This luxury newly constructed (2024) three-story estate features 10 bedrooms, 10 full baths, 3 half baths, and a private beach.
With its unique contemporary design, the estate exudes a sleek, modern aesthetic complemented by stylish furniture and artwork.

- Seamless Connection: The living area connects to a balcony with an outdoor lounge, a swimming pool, and a private beach. Note: Access to the pool area requires descending two flights of stairs.

- Jacuzzi and Private Beach: Unwind in the Jacuzzi or enjoy direct access to the private beach. Lounge on beach chairs or take a swim in the ocean.

- Private Chef: Your rental includes a private chef and kitchen assistant who will expertly prepare all your meals during your stay, allowing you to fully relax. (Food and beverages are not included.)

The Bedrooms
The villa features 10 spacious bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. It includes a primary suite and a second primary bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 8 bedrooms on the second floor.
The ground floor bedrooms include:
- Bedroom 1: This twin bedroom offers a pool view, air conditioning, TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a large wraparound terrace overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.
- Bedroom 2: This king bedroom features a pool and ocean view, air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a double shower, a private terrace, and access to the large wraparound terrace.
The first-floor bedrooms include:
- Bedroom 3: This twin bedroom offers a pool view, air conditioning, TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a large wraparound balcony overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.
- Bedroom 4: This is the primary suite, featuring a king bed, air conditioning, TV, his-and-hers walk-in closets, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, a private balcony, and access to the large wraparound balcony.
- Bedroom 5: This king bedroom features air conditioning, a TV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
- Bedroom 6: This king bedroom offers air conditioning, a TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with a front-facing view.
- Bedroom 7: This twin bedroom features a pool and ocean view, air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a large wraparound balcony.
- Bedroom 8: This twin bedroom offers a pool and ocean view, air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and access to the large wraparound balcony.
- Bedroom 9: This king bedroom features a pool and ocean view, air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a large wraparound balcony.
- Bedroom 10: This is the second primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, air conditioning, TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.
The estate offers 14 beds in total, which can comfortably accommodate 20 guests. Six of the beds are king-size, and eight are twin-size (two can be converted into one king bed).

Guest access
The estate is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must register with Cap Cana Resort before arrival. Outside guests are allowed but must register with Cap Cana Resort. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
Guest interaction
- Chef and Kitchen Assistant: Enjoy gourmet meals prepared by your personal Spanish-speaking chef and kitchen assistant. They’ll provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner tailored to your preferences. (Groceries are not included.) The chef and assistant may reside in a separate living area on the property.
- Bartender: Our Spanish- and English-speaking bartender will mix and serve your favorite drinks at the Estate. They may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Butler: Your Spanish- and English-speaking butler can assist with your every need. They’ll ensure a seamless stay, from serving drinks and meals to general housekeeping tasks. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Housekeepers: Our Spanish-speaking housekeepers will maintain the Estate’s cleanliness and comfort. They’ll handle daily tasks like making beds, washing towels and linens (typically every 3rd day), and general cleaning. Please note that we do not offer personal laundry services. The housekeepers may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Estate Manager: Your dedicated English- and Spanish-speaking Estate manager will be available throughout your stay. They’re your go-to person for any questions or requests. From welcoming you upon arrival to assisting with services not booked in advance, the Estate manager is your concierge.
Other things to note
To complete your booking, you’ll need to sign a rental agreement and review our house rules. Before you arrive, all guests must be registered with the Cap Cana Resort.
