The Villa is located inside Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, close to Punta Espada Golf Club.
Cap Cana is a gated resort community with 24-hour security and access to a wide range of amenities, including beaches, golf, the marina, restaurants, bars, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul, and the equestrian center.
- Juanillo Beach, Api Beach Club, Punta Espada Golf Club, and other resort amenities are located within Cap Cana. BlueMall Puntacana and Puntacana Village are nearby for additional shopping and dining.
- Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is about 8 km (5 miles) from the resort entrance. Santo Domingo International Airport (SDQ) is approximately a 3-hour drive away.
- The villa rental includes one golf touring cart for getting around the resort.
The Space
This private 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa offers a calm, well-designed setting with a layout that connects the entrance courtyard, pool, and main living areas. Surrounded by tropical landscaping, the property is designed to provide both privacy and comfortable indoor-outdoor living.
The outdoor space includes a large pool, sun deck, covered terrace, and outdoor dining area, with an additional cana-roof balcony upstairs. These areas make the villa especially well suited for guests who value space, privacy, and time spent outdoors.
Inside, guests will find an air-conditioned dining room, a comfortable TV lounge, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Private chef service is available upon request for an additional fee.

Guest access
The villa is located within a private gated resort community. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival. Outside visitors are allowed only if registered in advance, and Cap Cana Resort reserves the right to deny access at its discretion.
Guest interaction
- Housekeeper. A Spanish-speaking housekeeper is included and will clean the villa, make the beds, and refresh towels and linens, usually every third day. Personal laundry service is not provided. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate staff area.
- Villa Manager. An English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager will be available throughout your stay. The manager will greet you upon arrival, assist with check-in, and provide ongoing support with any questions or additional service arrangements.
Other things to note
To complete the booking, a separate rental agreement and house rules must be signed. All guests must also be registered with Cap Cana Resort before arrival.
