Located in a gated community, it is secure so that you can enjoy the picturesque tropical green area around it, with high trees and bright flowers all year round. Make a few steps and find yourself on the white sand Playa Bavaro beach! Pool!
The space
The pet-friendly studio for rent is small (20m²) but exceptionally cozy, modernly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things for your comfortable stay right near the beach.
The studio is located in a gated community, 3 minutes walking distance from Playa Bavaro beach equipped with deckchairs and sunshade.
It is a cozy air-conditioned studio on the ground floor for up to 2 guests. It has a king-size bed, a TV, a bathroom (shower+toilet), a small functional kitchenette area (with a small fridge, a stove, and a microwave oven). The studio has Internet from the best provider in the area. Access to a swimming pool.

- We are proud of the unique location of this private pet-friendly studio for rent near Bavaro beach: 3 minutes away from the world-famous Playa Bavaro beach, near cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. This location offers all you need for a comfortable stay!
- Please, take into account that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA. During your check-in and check-out, we will collect the data together and show you the difference that should be covered. We charge 20 pesos per 1 kilowatt. You pay only for what you consume.
- Some photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were made by a professional photographer with a professional camera: illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
- Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
- We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
- We fumigate the studio regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the studio: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Excursions, transportation, and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
- Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special events, please, let me know beforehand.
- Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with Airbnb policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
Swimming pool rules
Timings: 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.
It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.
Use of a swimming suit is required and it is forbidden to swim with footwear or in inappropriate clothing.
The use of the pool under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
It is not allowed to dive into the pool.
The use of glass cups in the pool area is prohibited.
It is not allowed to be topless in the pool area.
The use of the swimming pool is prohibited to all persons with communicable diseases and/or unhealed wounds.
It is forbidden to reserve sun loungers in the pool area.
There is no lifeguard. You will swim under your responsibility.
In case of an emergency please contact an employee.
For your safety, we ask you to avoid swimming in the pool, not during the opening hours due cleaning process.
The condominium is not responsible for objects left or forgotten in beach areas and swimming pools.
Children are not allowed to swim without being under adult supervision
During check-in, we kindly ask our guests to pay $100 security deposit. During check out, after we checked the difference, we are returning it to the guests.

We had a great time in the apartment. It’s in a green garden, the ocean is a two minutes walk away. Many nice restaurants and supermarkets are in the neighborhood. Vasiliy was a perfect host. He took care of us all the time. Anna, the manager gave us local support and answered within minutes. We had a perfect time and missed nothing.

I love this place! It’s ideal for spending time with your closest people. So comfortable, romantic. Every time I’m here - I feel like I’m at home. I did not find anything better than this team in the DR. Yes, they don’t offer you all inclusive but they offer you smth better - respect and special approach to each client

It was not the first time I spent my vacation with this team. They gave me this room and it was so good. The cafe is nearby, quite street and the sea is so close. What can be better? Very cool host!

Hi guys! Thank you for accepting me as a member of your big family. Before I chose you, I was uncertain about where and how to spend my vacation. I did need this time for myself because I was exhausted. I didn't know how to plan it all. And here it is! This charming apartment that left me pleasantly surprised. You prepared the best stay for me to feel comfortable here. Sometimes, it was noisy because young people lived in the house nearby. But given all the other pros, such as your attention, timely response, clean and secure space, I am happy that I spent my holiday here.

I had an amazing stay at this place. I loved how I was a minute walk to the beautiful beach , it was very clean, very secured area , I felt very safe here and it was really convienient every thing you could possibly need is walking distance. They provided me with WiFi that worked really well, ac works really well, I can't think of anything that would of made my stay better. Thank you very much I would definitely recommend and stay here again. :)
