The space

This property is a 6-bedroom, single-level villa, which makes it very convenient for multi-generational families. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool & Jacuzzi with a large pool deck, cozy furnished terraces, an outdoor teppanyaki grill and bar, huge private backyard with a big lawn area.

The villa is furnished with contemporary and comfortable furniture and the interior design is very stylish and welcoming. There is plenty of outdoor space and sitting areas for guests to enjoy. There’s no shortage of places to sit and relax!

The villa instantly invites you to relax and unwind and forget about the stress of everyday life. Here is the place for you to spend the best time together with your family & friends.

The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms have high, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans.

The private garden provides plenty of green space to enjoy and if you are traveling with children, this is a great place for them to play.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The villa has one floor (level), which makes it super easy and convenient for guests of all ages. Step into the villa and you will find yourself in the beautiful living room with high, vaulted ceilings and a comfortable sitting area. This space flows easily to the outdoor area, which is really where you will spend most of your time!

The villa has several outdoor living areas with a bar (beverages are not included) and another with unique Japanese teppanyaki (hibachi) grill where you can enjoy live cooking and casual meals by the grill or in the outdoor dining area (food is not included). These outdoor living- and dining areas are all covered so you can enjoy the space day and night, rain or shine!

The formal indoor dining area looks out on the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace.

A spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation – and your villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (groceries are not included)!

The villa has 6 comfortable bedrooms. The master suite is a beautifully decorated and spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, closet space, and lots of natural light. You have your own private terrace with views of the lush nature that surrounds you and you even direct access to the pool area. Step right out of the master suite and take a swim in the pool!

The remaining 5 deluxe bedrooms are all very spacious and equipped with 2 queen size beds in each bedroom, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closets, air-condition, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, TV, and closet.

Some of the bedrooms also have an outdoor shower!

Villa staff

When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a chef, a butler, and a maid included. Your personal chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc. and the maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.

You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

We will be happy to help you book transportation from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping, and other services. Cleaning and/or chef services can be provided for an extra charge.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

  • Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
  • Rental cars and other transportation
  • Golf cart rental (for convenient transportation inside the resort; not for use on the golf courses)

Casa de campo resort fee

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:

  • Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
  • Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
  • Kids under 4 years old: FREE

The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and are never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($)

*Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members-only golf course).

Getting around

If you’re staying at Casa de Campo, you might not really need a rental car.     Amazing place. Photos don’t do justice. After you book they send you a contact for the Villa manager and you start to coordinate from there. The chef, maid, manager and waitress are just amazing. We will definitely come back.
