Welcome to newly built villa in Cap Cana with seven bedroom suites. Two suites are in separate guest bungalows, giving guests a little more privacy. The villa sleeps up to 16 and includes a private chef, butler, housekeeping staff, and an on-site villa manager.
At the villa, guests have a private pool and jacuzzi. Two golf carts are included for getting around Cap Cana. Punta Espada and Las Iguanas golf courses, beaches, tennis facilities, the equestrian center, marina, restaurants, and bars are all within the resort. Some resort facilities and activities have separate fees.
The space
Cap Cana is a gated resort community in Punta Cana with 24-hour security. The villa is located within the resort, and the rental includes two golf carts for getting around Cap Cana.
- Punta Espada and Las Iguanas golf courses are within the resort. Guests can also visit Juanillo and Api Beach Clubs, play tennis or paddle, enjoy water activities at Lago Azul, or visit the equestrian center. Some facilities and activities have separate fees.
- BlueMall Punta Cana and Puntacana Village offer additional options for shopping, dining, and entertainment outside the resort.
- Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is about 8 km (5 miles) from the resort entrance. Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is approximately a three-hour drive away.
The villa has seven bedroom suites: five in the main house and two in separate guest bungalows. The bungalows are set apart from the main house, so they suit guests who prefer a little more distance from the rest of the group.
Inside, the details are high ceilings, large windows and handcrafted wood finishes. The living and dining areas open onto a terrace overlooking Punta Espada golf course and the Caribbean Sea.
Outside, there’s a large pool, a jacuzzi, a sun deck and shaded seating. All seven bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the three upstairs bedrooms also have balconies, and two downstairs bedrooms open onto terraces.
The Bedrooms
The villa has seven air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Five are in the main house: three upstairs with balconies and two downstairs with terraces. The other two bedrooms are in separate guest bungalows.

- Bedroom 5. Guest Bungalow. King bed, sitting area, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and freestanding soaking tub.
- Bedroom 6. Guest Bungalow. King bed, sitting area, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and freestanding soaking tub.
- Bedroom 7. Primary. King bed, TV, closet, ocean-view balcony, and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Beds. 4 king beds and 6 queen beds. Sleeps up to 16 guests.

Guest access
The villa is inside the gated Cap Cana Resort. All overnight guests must be registered with the resort before arrival. Outside visitors are allowed but must also be registered; the resort may deny them access.
There is currently no general resort fee. Separate charges apply to use of certain resort facilities, including:
- Api Beach Club
- Bike rentals
- El Dorado Water Park
- Equestrian Center and Polo Club
- Golden Bear Tennis Center
Guest interaction
- Chef. A private Spanish-speaking chef prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the villa. Groceries are not included.
- Butler. The Spanish- and English-speaking butler serves food and drinks and helps around the villa.
- Housekeeper. Spanish-speaking housekeepers clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens, usually every third day. Personal laundry service is not provided.
- Villa Manager. The Spanish- and English-speaking manager greets you on arrival, handles check-in, and is available daily to answer questions or help arrange services.
The chef, butler, and housekeepers may stay in a separate living area on the property.

The resort also has restaurants, bars, a marina, shops, mini markets, a casino, fitness centers, and walking and running paths. Puntacana Shopping Village and BlueMall Puntacana are just outside the resort.
Getting around
Two golf touring carts are included with the villa rental, and extra golf touring carts can be rented.
