The space

The villa welcomes you with an impressive driveway, manicured landscaping, a 2-car garage and a private fitness room located at the main entrance of the home.

Villa layout

As you walk through the grand front door, you are instantly greeted by the stunning Caribbean Sea! The grand hallway features a unique indoor water feature (for decoration only) and you feel like you are effortlessly gliding through the villa and out to the sea.

The heart of the villa is the spacious living and dining area with a large bar, TV, a sofa in the middle and 2 separate dining areas with dining tables. This home features incredible floor-to-ceiling windows that can be completely opened for indoor and outdoor living.

The villa has 2 kitchens which include a stunning “show kitchen” with a large island and seating for 5, as well as a fully industrial kitchen in the back. This is where the magic happens and where your personal chef will prepare all your mouth-watering meals (food and drinks not included)!

Enjoy movie nights in the comfortable media/TV room or catch up on your favorite sports game or the news. If you are traveling with kids, this is also a great place to unwind.

Step out onto the deck and pool deck and enjoy the ocean views! For safety, the pool deck has a glass fence that allows you to enjoy the ocean views to the fullest. Swim in the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean and soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers.

The terrace also features a covered BBQ and seating area where you can find shade and relax. A beautiful coral stone staircase leads you from the pool to the lower level, where you will find a separate Jacuzzi and fire pit. Step down to another level and your feet will be in the sand of your own private beach!

PLEASE NOTE: The ocean can be rough at times and there may be a current so swimming is always at your own risk. Depending on the weather, swimming on the private beach may not be practical or possible.

The bedrooms:

This villa has 12 bedrooms, including 3 master suites with ocean views. A total of 21 beds for 24 people. 3 king beds and 18 queen beds. Each room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

• Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master bedroom with 1 king bed, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom and balcony with 180 degree ocean views.
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 2nd master bedroom with 1 king bed, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom and balcony with 180 degree ocean views.
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 3rd master bedroom with 1 king bed, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom and balcony with 180 degree ocean views.
• Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 (upstairs) have 2 queen beds, TV, closet and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedrooms 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 (downstairs) have 2 queen beds, closet and en-suite bathroom. Some bedrooms also have outdoor showers.

Getting around

When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 2 golf carts, which you can use to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!

If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Mercedes 350 or Limousine). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
