The Space

The villa makes a grand first impression. A long, impressive driveway leads you up to the house, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. A two-car garage and even a private gym are right by the entrance!

Step inside the grand front door and be wowed by the stunning Caribbean Sea view! An excellent water feature in the hallway adds a touch of luxury and makes you feel like you’re floating towards the ocean.

The heart of the villa is a spacious living and dining area with a big bar, a TV, a comfy sofa area, and two separate dining tables. Huge windows open up completely, turning the space into an indoor-outdoor living area. Step outside onto the terrace and pool deck, where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic ocean view.

The pool deck is safely fenced with glass, so you can still see the water. D dip in the beautiful infinity pool and soak in the sun on a lounge chair.

The terrace also has a covered BBQ area and lounge chairs for shade. Beautiful coral stone stairs lead to the pool area, with a separate Jacuzzi and fire pit.

Go down another level, and you’ll find yourself on the sand of your private beach! Relax on a beach chair or take a swim in the ocean. Just be aware that the ocean can get rough sometimes, so swim at your own risk. Depending on the weather, swimming might not always be a good idea.

The villa has two kitchens! One is a gorgeous “show kitchen” with a big island with 5 people. The other is a fully equipped kitchen in the back where your private chef will whip up delicious meals (food and drinks not included!).

There’s also a comfy media room to watch movies, catch up on sports, or relax with the news. It’s a great place for kids to hang out, too! This villa is a slice of paradise, offering everything you could dream of for a perfect vacation!

Upstairs Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: The primary suite features a King bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony offering a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedroom 2: The second primary suite includes a King bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedroom 3: The third primary suite has a King bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with a 180-degree ocean view.

Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6: Each room offers 2 Queen beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs Bedrooms:

Bedrooms 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12: Each room has 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Some of these bedrooms also feature an outdoor shower.

Casa de Campo Resort Fee:

When you check in at Casa de Campo, you’ll need to pay a mandatory resort fee in addition to your villa rental. I’m just letting you know upfront so you can budget accordingly!

• Adults (12+ years old): $25 per person per night
• Children (4-12 years old): $12 per person per night
• Children under 4 years old: Free

Villa Staff:

• Private Chef: Enjoy delicious meals from your chef (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). This chef may even live on-site in a separate area.
• Butler (English & Spanish): Need a hand? This bilingual butler can serve drinks and meals and help around the house. They may also reside on the property.
• Bartender: Relax and sip on expertly crafted cocktails (drinks not included) prepared by your Spanish-speaking bartender.
• Housekeepers: Our friendly Spanish-speaking housekeepers will keep your villa sparkling clean. They typically clean every 3rd day, focusing on making beds, washing towels, and linens. Personal laundry service is not available. These housekeepers may also live on-site.
• Villa Manager (English & Spanish): Need help or have questions? Don’t worry! Your bilingual villa manager is here to assist you throughout your stay. They’ll greet you upon arrival, handle check-in, and be readily available daily for anything you need.

• The villa is located in a safe, gated area
• Before your stay, you must sign a separate agreement with the house rules.

Your villa rental comes with a team of attentive staff, including a chef, butler, bartender, waiter, and housekeepers. While most of the staff are Spanish-speaking, the butler also speaks English to help you with any requests.

Need something or have a question? Don’t worry, you’ll also have a villa manager who speaks both English and Spanish. This friendly person will be your main point of contact throughout your stay. They’ll greet you upon arrival, handle check-in, and be readily available daily to answer questions or arrange any additional services you might need during your vacation.
