Welcome to this luxury villa! The villa includes a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and a villa manager. The villa is located in the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, on the Punta Espada Golf Course overlooking hole 7 and is just a short walk from the golf club.

The space
This stunning 2-story, 8-bedroom, 8 1/2-bath villa is located on the Punta Espada Golf Course (#1 in the Caribbean) with stunning views of the 7th hole.
The contemporary design of this villa exudes a sleek, modern aesthetic, complemented by stylish furnishings, vibrant artwork, and an incredible entertaining area with a bar (drinks not included), pool table, and foosball table.
Villa layout
Step through the front door and into the dining and entertainment area with stunning views of the pool. The indoor dining area has 2 large tables that can seat up to 16 people.
The living room is very bright and spacious
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and your villa rental includes a private French gourmet chef who has worked in several Michelin starred restaurants in Europe (food and drinks not included)!

Open the floor to ceiling terrace doors to access the spacious pool and adjoining terrace. The resort style pool is lined with 3 palm trees, with a semi-olympic pool (25 meters / 82 feet long) on one side and a shallower area on the other.
The pool terrace features an outdoor shower, dining table, sun loungers and umbrellas, and a covered seating area with sofas and a TV. On the other side of the pool, a terrace extends to the downstairs bedrooms, which are “bathrooms” with direct access to the resort-style pool.
For movie night, gather in the home theater with a 135-inch screen, projector, and comfortable sofas for the ultimate movie experience!
Bedrooms
The villa has 8 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms, one on each floor. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 5 upstairs. There are 12 beds in total, sleeping 16.
- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 king-size bed, AC, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to the terrace and pool, and a private terrace overlooking the golf course.
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs) with 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable top mattress), AC, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace and pool.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable top mattress), AC, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace and pool.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 king-size bed, AC, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to a balcony overlooking the pool and a private balcony overlooking the golf course.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) features 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable mattress), AC, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a balcony overlooking the pool.
- Bedroom 6 (upstairs) features 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable mattress), AC, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a balcony overlooking the pool.
- Bedroom 7 (upstairs) features 1 king-size bed, AC, TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a balcony overlooking the pool.
- Bedroom 8 (upstairs) with 1 king size bed, AC, TV, wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower and access to a balcony overlooking the pool.
Please note that the bedrooms which show a King bed and 2 x single beds on the room description, can not be set up with both. You can have these 4 rooms set up with either 1 x king bed or 2 x twin beds, not both.

When staying at the villa, you can enjoy the following villa amenities:

Food and drinks, tips and use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club.
Note. Some dates may be unavailable and other restrictions! For example, specific dates on which access to the beach club is not available. These dates are usually during peak travel times or on holidays when demand is high. Check before visiting.
Cap Cana Exclusive Resort
There is currently no resort fee, but fees apply for use of the following resort amenities and facilities:
- Api Beach Club;
- Bike rentals;
- Caleton Beach Club at Eden Roc Hotel (blackout dates may apply);
- El Dorado Water Park;
- Equestrian Center and Polo Club;
- Golden Bear Tennis Center;
- Juanillo Beach;

Note. Separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- An English and Spanish speaking butler can serve drinks and meals and generally assist with housekeeping. The butler may live on-site in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash the towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. A housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a manager available during your stay, who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked before arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.
Other things to note
Please note that a separate rental agreement with the house rules must be signed to finalize the reservation. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort prior to arrival.

VIP Inclusivity: When you rent this villa, you will have access to the exclusive Caleton Beach Club at the Eden Roc Cap Cana (Blackout dates and other restrictions (blackout dates) may apply).

The resort features mini-marts, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those who want to explore the resort’s surroundings, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located near the accommodation.
Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.

This house is truly incredible. It is even better than the photos which is hard to believe. The 8 bedrooms are all large with king beds and made our stay very comfortable for a group of 12. The villa manager and staff worked so hard to make our stay great. The house was always kept clean and Alix, Endry and the rest of the team provided top service. I recommend this house 10 times over to anyone thinking of staying. Thank you for an amazing trip!

This house was literally everything I wanted and more. The pictures don’t even do it justice, it’s absolutely beautiful. Anders was available whenever I needed him which was not much, Janet was very responsive and helpful and Alix the villa manager was awesome. Our butler and chef also made sure we were good at all times. It was literally the best experience for my family and we already planned to return. No complaints whatsoever. Really appreciated Janet’s communication with me since the beginning of the stay. Once i got to the villa we noticed that the bedroom setups weren’t as it was shown. It said they had 4 bedrooms with one king bed and 2 single beds, that was not the case at all. It was one king bed OR 2 single beds, so they would take that one big bed and separate it. Once I addressed this to Ali he argued with me that I was reading the description incorrectly. I ended up calling Anders and Anders understood exactly where my confusion came from & accommodated me immediately. The food was really great but the chef did have a bit of an attitude. The server was amazing! Really kind man! The housekeeper was also very sweet. The house is absolutely beautiful nonetheless. We had a great stay overall.
