Location:

It is located at Puntacana Resort & Club, a gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

The villa is conveniently located less than 3 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short 10-min drive. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).

Villa is located right on a lake with view of the La Cana golf course; a 27-hole championship golf course designed by P. B. Dye, with 4 oceanfront holes and 14 holes with ocean views.

There are 2 amazing beaches approx. about 1 mile from the villa – Playa Serena and Playa Blanca. Playa Serena, in front of the La Cana golf clubhouse, is one of the most pristine beaches in Punta Cana. This beach has white powdery sand and the ocean is very shallow – perfect for swimmers of all ages!

If you want a beach with a little more life, you can easily go to Playa Blanca Beach Club.

The space:

It is a beautiful and spacious villa in 2 levels with 5 bedrooms. The villa was recently built, and it’s finely decorated, with wonderful surroundings and striking views from the bedrooms, balconies. You’ll also have an extra-large back yard to enjoy.

The fresh interior of this villa invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation in the comforts of a private home. The villa is both elegant and offers a relaxed vibe where you can spend quality time together with your family & friends.

The villa is air conditioned but also offers you plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm, Caribbean air. Spend your days swimming in the pool or just lounging poolside on the deck or patios. Enjoy a delicious lunch served on the terrace overlooking the golf course and take a nap pool side and let the Caribbean breeze carry you away.

Villa also has a lakefront deck, which is perfect if you want a quiet place to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the lake.

Downstairs:

Walk through the impressive entrance with stunning white double doors and step into the elegant living room, which has multiple comfortable seating areas. Open the patio doors and walk out on the covered terrace, where you will find more seating. The large swimming pool has poolside decks, lounge chairs and views of the lawn and lake.

Choose to dine comfortably in the indoor dining room, which has elegant white curtains, and a large dining table that seats 10 persons. Right off the side of the dining room is a small terrace – perfect to serve a pre-dinner snack or cocktail. You can also open the dining room towards the pool area and choose to dine casually outside on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The spacious kitchen is fit for a private cook – and this villa includes a cook who will prepare all of your meals at the villa (food & beverages are not included)!

You will also find a TV room with comfortable leather sofas with individual reclining seats.

There is one bedroom located downstairs with 2 full sized beds, private bathroom with shower and double vanity, closet, TV, and a private terrace with access to the garden and pool area.

Upstairs:

The villa has 4 bedrooms located upstairs, including the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is a large suite with a King-sized bed, private bathroom with shower and double vanity, closet, TV, and balcony overlooking the pool, backyard and lake.

The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a King-sized bed, private bathroom with shower, TV, walk-in closet and a balcony overlooking the pool, backyard and lake.

The 3rd bedroom upstairs has 2 Full sized beds, private bathroom with shower, TV, closet, and a balcony overlooking the green areas in front of the villa.

The 4th bedroom upstairs has two Twin beds, private bathroom with shower, TV, closet, and dresser.

Villa staff:

When you stay here, you’ll have a maid, and a private cook included. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. Your cook will prepare your daily meals at the villa (food & beverages are not included).

You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Additional fees apply to all extra services. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

Pre-arrival concierge services:

Once you book this villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

• Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
• Rental cars and other transportation
• Golf cart rental (for convenient transportation inside the resort; not for use on the golf courses)
• Private chef
• Spa treatments or in-villa massages
• Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation

Guests staying here will have a villa manager (concierge) available during their stay. The villa manager will greet guests upon arrival at the villa and is available daily.

KOSHER:

This villa is kosher certified by Rabbi Shimon Pelman in the Dominican Republic.
The villa can be rented for Kosher Clients, with everything Kosher. Please note that a supplement of USD 400 per day will will be charged to have the villa Kosher ready.

Guests staying at this villa have access to wonderful resort amenities including some of the best beaches, restaurants, golf, Six Senses Spa, Oscar de la Renta tennis center, marina, ecological nature trails and lagoos. These are all available within the resort where the villa is located. The villa is also conveniently located close to Punta Cana Airport, and you’ll also find good restaurants and shopping just outside the resort.

When you stay here, you’ll have a golf touring cart to get around inside the resort, e.g. to go to the beach, etc.
