The space
This perfect villa is located at Casa de Campo Resort, overlooking the La Romana Country Club (private, members-only course) and the lake. The villa is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully-styled village of Altos de Chavon.
Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.
Since it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities the world over. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean.
This incredible 7000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with a swimming pool at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th-century replica Mediterranean village.
Casa de Campo has its very own airport, located just five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes’ drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have two golf touring carts included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc.
The space
This property is a 5-bedroom, single-level villa, which makes is very convenient for multi-generational families. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden and two green zones, which accentuate the tranquility of your stay. The swimming pool is 12 m long and heated from December 15 to March 15! A spacious Jacuzzi is situated next to the pool.
The villa invites you to relax and unwind and forget about the stress of everyday life. Here is the place for you to spend the best time together with your family & friends.
The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms have high ceilings with ceiling fans, TV and plenty of closet space.
The private garden provides lots of green space to enjoy and if you are traveling with children, this is a great place for them to play.
Enjoy this private oasis, spend your days in and around the pool and soak up the sun on a sunbed by the pool. This is your dream vacation… The outdoor terrace is the perfect place to relax during the day, eat, drink, listen to music.
Downstairs
The villa welcomes you with an entrance hall that leads straight into a charming patio with fountains and green plants. There’s a guest bathroom by the entrance for easy access and convenience.
The living room measures about 80 m2 and is elegantly decorated to offer the very best comfort. From the living room, you can step onto the large covered terrace, which offers an excellent view of the golf course. The terrace by the pool has a nice sofa sitting area and ceiling fans and is a great place to relax day or night. The villa also has a pool table so you can look forward to lots of friendly and fun games.
The formal indoor dining room looks out on the swimming pool and the windows can slide open to let the breeze in. This is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace. Ceiling fans keep the air moving so that you will always feel comfortable in this outdoor space.
A large kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation – and your villa rental includes a cook who will prepare all of your meals at the villa (groceries are not included)! If you wish to hire a professional chef for your vacation, you also have that option.
This villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, walk-in closet, TV air-conditioning, and ceiling fan, outdoor private Jacuzzi (not heated) and a private terrace.
The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, closet, TV air-conditioning, and ceiling fan.
The 3rd, 4th and 5th bedrooms each have 2 Queen beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, closet, TV air-conditioning, and ceiling fan.

Villa staff
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a cook and a maid included daily from 7:00 am till 4:30 pm. Your personal cook will prepare breakfast and lunch to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

We are always available to answer any questions you might have. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions. We will be happy to help you book transportation from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping, and other services. Cleaning and/or chef services can be provided for extra charge.
The check-in will be done by me or my assistant. We will provide you with all the necessary information, give you useful advice about what to do and where to go – you will know everything about the best places to visit.

Once you book the Villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

Getting around
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 2 golf carts, which you can use to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Mercedes 350 or Limousine). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.

I spent 5 wonderful days at Ingenio 9 with my family. Great location in Casa de Campo, beautiful spacious villa. The best part of this house was the great food the cook made for us and Huberto what a great team!! If you’re looking for a place to stay specially if you have kids this is a wonderful option. The view is a plus.

My Family and I spent 5 incredible days at this Villa. The Villa and all of Casa Del Campo is beautiful. The staff was amazing. Humberto, Christina and Walkiria took care of us in a way that we had not been taken care of in the past on any vacation. They were attentive to our every need. Customer services is one thing, they went way above what is Customer Service, they treated us like family and we have probably made life long friends as a result. We really enjoyed our stay and it was mostly because of the treatment we received from them. Thank you for a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. Food was incredible as Christina is an amazing cook. I suggest doing one of the meal plans. Humberto had what ever you needed before you even asked or knew you needed something. I can not say enough about the staff or the Villa. We hope to come back really soon! Thank you Humberto, Christina and Walkiria!

Amazing, very well kept Villa in Ingenio street; amazing grounds, big pool, 5 comfortable rooms and plenty of space to spread around. Staff was on point from concierge / manager Andry to the house staff Cristina and Francia whom provided superb service and meals. Will definitely consider staying there again, hopefully soon!!!
