The space
Beautiful dream villa, located in the heart of Cocotal Golf Course, the perfect Punta Cana getaway for groups or families. Guests would have access to the entire house. Wifi and TV cable included as well as maid’s services.
The villa 5 minutes driving to the beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities, the gated community is near the shopping centers and supermarkets.
The living room is large and spacious
The house offers all the comforts of being at home. TVs are in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, air conditioning in each bedroom, also mosquito nets if you prefer to enjoy the fresh air. In-suite bathrooms for 3 of the bedrooms, the 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom, plus there is a small guest toilet in the living room.
Please note that on the second floor there is an additonal semi-bedroom, with a king size bed. This one has no complete privacy, as it is not wall separated, no AC there but very well ventilated with a fan over the king bed.
Kitchen and dining room inside the villa

- Bedroom 4 has a queen-size bed, shares a bathroom with bedroom 5, includes air conditioning, and has a large walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 5 has a queen-size bed, shares a bathroom with bedroom 4, includes air conditioning, and has a large walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 6 has a king-size bed, but no wall separation for complete privacy, no air conditioning but is well-ventilated with a fan over the bed.
Guest access
The villa is nestled within a private, gated resort community. For security purposes, all guests staying at the villa must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club prior to arrival.
You’re welcome to have visitors during your stay! However, anyone who isn’t staying overnight needs to register with the resort by showing a valid ID. There’s a fee for registering visitors, and the resort has the right to deny access to anyone if necessary.
To finalize your booking, you’ll need to sign a separate rental agreement that outlines the house rules. Just a heads up that there are security cameras by the front door (including a doorbell camera) and on the back patio, but these will be disabled for your privacy during your stay.

- Security Cameras: The villa has security cameras installed. They can be disabled during your stay to ensure your privacy.
Guest interaction
- Your rental comes with a maid who speaks Spanish. He/she might have their room at the villa.
- There’s also a villa manager who speaks both English and Spanish. They’re your point person for any questions or if you need something extra during your stay. They’ll meet you when you arrive, get you settled in, and be available throughout your trip.
Please note: Personal laundry service is not included. The housekeeper may live on the property separately to ensure your privacy and convenience.

Not only the villa, but also the attention was fabulous. In more details: this Caribbean gem is located on the Cocotal Golf Course, you wake up in the morning to drink your coffee by the pool and all you see is…green. Peace and calm surroundings. The villa consists of 5 complete bedrooms and one semi bedrooms (this last one with a king size bed, but without an AC, only a fan over the bed – still very cool during the night as it is well ventilated). The bedrooms are enormous and furnished in a cozy tropical style. The service was simply great. The maid not only cleaned impeccably the villa, but also prepared different animals from the towels on our beds and decorated them each morning with fresh flowers. She also cooked for us, so we were able to try the Dominican food, which we absolutely loved. Of course, we left a generous tip for her. We also felt very secure in the neighborhood, as it is a gated community and we even left our door open (there is also a safe in the main bedroom). The villa is also extremely close to downtown, beach nightlife, supermarkets, restaurantes. We were advised to rent a car, however since we are a large family, we only took a taxi twice to go to the supermarket, other than that we enjoyed the days around the swimming pool as a family gathering and we went to two organized tours with a pick up. The communication with the host was very fast, Binca responded quickly to each question prior to booking and also oriented us after the arrival. She also assisted us with some tours at a better price than what we found on the Internet, we went to Saona Island and we enjoyed an adventurous buggy day in the rural area of Punta Cana. I could only recommend this property to every single traveler and will make sure to visit it again!

This house was very nice! I had a group of 10 people. I read a recent review after I booked and I was scared to go, but we had none of those issues. The lights did cut off a few times overnight but the maid was quick to get them back on. This is an older house but it looks just like the pictures. The jacuzzi didn’t work but we were busy doing other things so that didn’t bother us. If you stay have her cook food for you, it’s amazing! The security is very tight here and it is a nice quiet neighborhood. Binca was nice and checked on us via message throughout the trip. I would definitely stay here again!
