Punta Cana Dinner In The Sky Details
- Three sessions available: 5:30 PM, 7:30 PM, 9:30 PM.
- You should arrive 30 minutes before your session to check in at the front desk and receive a safety briefing. While you wait, enjoy a welcome drink in our designated waiting room. For the comfort of all guests, we cannot delay or return the elevator for late arrivals. If you arrive late, your reservation will be cancelled without refund. Don’t forget to bring your reservation confirmation with you.
- You can enhance your dinner with an Open Bar ticket for international drinks for an additional $20 per person.
- Please note that each guest must choose their menu from the available options. No changes or adjustments can be made. Let us know in advance if you’d like our vegetarian menu or if you have any food allergies.
- Dinner in the Sky can accommodate up to 22 guests per session.
- The table can reach up to 45-50 meters, but the actual height during the experience will be determined by the organizers based on wind conditions.
- The organizers may delay the table flight for up to 90 minutes to wait for the rain to stop. If it doesn’t, the dinner will be cancelled or rescheduled. Guests unable to reschedule will receive a full refund within 21 days.
- The experience will only be canceled in the event of major circumstances, such as natural disasters or severe weather. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Restrooms are available on the ground, and guests should use them before the flight. In an emergency, the table will be lowered, but you won’t be able to continue the session.
- Bringing outside food or drinks into the event area is strictly prohibited.
- The maximum weight limit for each person, for safety reasons, is 330 lbs (150 kg).
- The experience is accessible for wheelchair users and those with mild disabilities. Please contact us before booking with details about your condition, so our safety officer can provide the necessary advice.
- Dinner in the Sky has no age limit, but guests must be at least 1.3 meters tall to be safely secured in their seats. Children meeting this height must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Dinner in the Sky is a non-smoking event for safety reasons.
- Guests who appear intoxicated will not be allowed to board Dinner in the Sky for safety reasons.
- Please wear appropriate clothing and secure-fitting shoes. Note that wind at 45 meters altitude can be stronger. You may bring phones and cameras, but please ensure they are securely fastened as we cannot be responsible for any drops.
- Please note that seat purchases are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers due to reasons like bad weather.
