The space
Located literally in few steps from Los Corales beach this Deluxe Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It has queen bed, living area with sofa-bed, bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, WiFI and TV.
We provide for free wifi, beach chairs and umbrellas, regular cleaning, personal assistant.

- If you book 7 night or more, then my driver will meet you at Puntacana airport (pickup for free)

You will have cards for beach club Soles with discount for purchases and in case of purchases you will have free of charge access to all amenities. If you do not want to buy anything then i can give you my own beach chairs and umbrellas, so you will be able to take it to the beach or to the pool.
The hotel building has 5 floors and each floor has 18 units. Your unit can be any in this building. Please in advance let us know, if you want upper floor. Please keep in ming that we have to constantly update the interior (wash curtains, re-paint walls, and so on), so the decor in the apartment may not be the same color as in the photo. For example, we have grey curtains and dark blue curtains. Bedspreads we have in 5 different colors and different patterns. The beds themselves are also of different colors (there are white and there are grey).
All amenities are identical for each room, so the main difference is only in the floor.
We have amazing location and in walking distance you will find 3 supermarkets, several other shops, dozen of restaurants, a lot of cafes, bakeries, bars, sport-bar, fruits shops, beauty salons, tour desks, car/scooter rentals. Beach cafes will delight you with night disco. Close location of public beach will give you water sports, beach activities and new friends from all over the world.

Ducassi is located at 19 km from Punta-Cana international airport (20 min by car) and to enjoy accommodation you do not need any car.

The property and the Host accepts no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage.
Making a reservation for the period from June to November you confirm that you would not have any claims related to weather conditions.
No pets, no service animals.
Because of the proximity of the ocean, water can have a specific smell, but for you I will leave a few bottles of drinking water.
In case of rain some water can flow inside the unit, I will send staff free of charge to clean the water, or will replace your unit (subject of availability).
Suite is not brand new.
Being located in the tourist center, music can be heard at different time.
Don’t smoke inside or pay 300usd penalty via this site.
Don’t use AC with open windows or pay 500usd penalty via this site.
Video cameras in public areas.
The Host is not responsible for your health or your safety.
