Welcome to these two beautiful villas located at Cocotal Golf Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. One of the villas is located on hole 1 (Hibiscus) of the Cocotal Golf Course, offering picturesque views of the lake and fairway. The second villa is located on a two-bed lot with complete privacy next to (behind) the lake view villa. The villa rental includes a private chef, butler, housekeeper and villa manager.

The space

The first villa is an exquisite 8-bedroom, 2-storey home with a large screened terrace, balconies and a poolside jacuzzi. Entering through the double front doors, you will find a spacious living and dining area in a modern Scandinavian style with minimalist decor featuring white furniture, black wood and glass tables.

Discover the charming outdoor living space with a furnished terrace, sparkling pool and Jacuzzi, and spacious sun loungers on the pool deck. Perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Invite friends over for a game of pool or enjoy the pool table.

Treat yourself to delectable meals in the indoor dining area with elegant white chairs and a custom table, or opt for casual al fresco dining on the screened patio. The second villa is a charming single-level residence with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, perfect for multigenerational families and families with children. The semi-open floor plan features cozy living and dining areas with wooden floors and vaulted ceilings.

During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:

  • Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
  • The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
  • The Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
  • You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Neighborhood

Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.

The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

When you need a break from the golf course, the beautiful Bávaro Beach is only a 5-minute drive. You can relax on the white sand, try water sports like diving and snorkeling, or enjoy a meal at the popular Jellyfish restaurant.

Just 22.5 km from Punta Cana International Airport (25-30 minutes by car) at the Cocotal Golf & Country Club in the heart of Bavaro, Punta Cana.

    David and the entire staff were exceptional from start to finish! The property was exactly as described and even better in person. It comfortably accommodated our group of 17 without ever feeling crowded. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully set up, which made the entire stay seamless.
    A special highlight was the chef, who was truly outstanding. Every meal was restaurant quality and added a level of convenience and enjoyment that really elevated the trip.
    Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling with a larger group to Punta Cana!

    We had a very large group and the two villas were perfect for our group. The host and his team were responsive and friendly and very attentive. I would strongly recommend picking any of the properties managers by Anders and his team in Punta Cana - we had 3 villas under his management and all of them were well ran, organized and attentive.

    This villa was absolutely amazing! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured — actually even better in person. The staff was so kind and attentive, and the food was incredible! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
    The pool and outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth from start to finish.
    I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend — we can’t wait to come back!

    Highly recommend. Beds are comfortable, staff is excellent and the place is just spectacular. We had a group of 12 and everyone had their own room and shower and everyone was impressed. This is definitely worth it.

    Wonderful stay. Just as described. The staff were phenomenal. Janet was my first contact, she got everything started by email. Great communication. Once we arrived, Nelson our butler was amazing. He stays on site and is always available. Thanks Nelson for making our trip memorable! Dany the cook should be in a 5 star restaurant. We had delicious food every day cooked from scratch, eaten on china. Definitely get the food package. David the villa manager was also responsive and great to work with. The space is great, both villas are phenomenal, each with its own charm. The larger villa looks like the photos. The smaller one is really not done justice by the photos, it is literally a paradise. Best ABNB I've EVER had. Book this one, you will not be disappointed.

    We had a party of 24 people everyone was so happy with the mansion the people at the house was so helpful and anything we needed they handled it in a very professional manner the places looks better in person

    Absolutely Amazing! If you are on the fence go ahead and book this place now. I looked at several properties and absolutely made the best choice. There was ample room for our family which included 9 kids and 8 adults. They made our mini family reunion and my baby’s second birthday a blast. Thank you for everything.
