Welcome to these two beautiful villas located at Cocotal Golf Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. One of the villas is located on hole 1 (Hibiscus) of the Cocotal Golf Course, offering picturesque views of the lake and fairway. The second villa is located on a two-bed lot with complete privacy next to (behind) the lake view villa. The villa rental includes a private chef, butler, housekeeper and villa manager.

The space
The first villa is an exquisite 8-bedroom, 2-storey home with a large screened terrace, balconies and a poolside jacuzzi. Entering through the double front doors, you will find a spacious living and dining area in a modern Scandinavian style with minimalist decor featuring white furniture, black wood and glass tables.
Discover the charming outdoor living space with a furnished terrace, sparkling pool and Jacuzzi, and spacious sun loungers on the pool deck. Perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Invite friends over for a game of pool or enjoy the pool table.

Treat yourself to delectable meals in the indoor dining area with elegant white chairs and a custom table, or opt for casual al fresco dining on the screened patio. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, and a private chef is included for your stay (food and beverages not included).
The second villa is a charming single-level residence with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, perfect for multigenerational families and families with children. The semi-open floor plan features cozy living and dining areas with wooden floors and vaulted ceilings.

The outdoor area features a patio, pool, and tropical garden. The dining room comfortably seats 8 with ample natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features a kitchen island or the option of a private chef for an additional fee.

The first villa has 8 bedrooms – 6 inside the main house and 2 in the guest wing. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 5 upstairs. All bedrooms have 1 king bed that can be separated into 2 single beds.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs, main house): The master bedroom has 1 king bed, air conditioning, TV, desk and chair, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a private balcony with views of the lake and golf course.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs, main house): 1 king bed, air conditioning, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private rooftop-style balcony with views of the lake and golf course.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs, main house): 1 king bed, air conditioning, TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

- Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and are never included in your villa rental. Jellyfish may be closed on certain days and unavailable due to private events.
- A minimum consumption of US$ 20 per person at the bar/restaurant applies, and food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club.
- Access to Cocotal Golf & Country Club common pool area located just behind the villa with lounge chairs, Bali beds, kids’ pool & playground, restaurant ($) & bar ($). The facilities may be closed on certain days and unavailable due to private events.

Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

When you need a break from the golf course, the beautiful Bávaro Beach is only a 5-minute drive. You can relax on the white sand, try water sports like diving and snorkeling, or enjoy a meal at the popular Jellyfish restaurant.

There is a golf club not far from the villa, where you will find a communal pool with a children’s pool, playground, exotic Balinese beds, a bar and restaurant, and paddle tennis courts ($).

This is my second time staying at this beautiful villa and everything was as great as the first time! Perfect for a large group and very comfortable. The manager, house staff and chef were friendly and the service was exceptional! We will definitely be back.

WOW! That is the best way to describe our experience and stay at the Cocotal Mansion. The pictures do not begin to do it justice. The views and the property itself is beyond beautiful, and the staff that comes with it is top of the line. We chose the Cocotal Mansion as the location for our Writing retreat for researchers, and we could not have been more pleased. The staff was so accommodating to our every request. The house manager literally took care of anything we asked, and went above and beyond our expectations. We were also lucky enough to have housekeepers and a chef, all of which were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location of the villas is perfectly placed with a very short distance to the airport, as well as a 5-7 min drive to the beach. The area the property is in is perfect, the golf course and resort is extremely well maintained and very safe. I can not recommend this property and well as the host, enough. We will absolutely be returning to Punta Cana, and when we do, we will be staying at the Cocotal Mansion! Highly Recommend!

Very nice house for a big group. Even though both houses(we knew that beforehand) didn’t connect, it still works. Pool areas are very nice and relaxing. Staff was excellent. From the booking, to maids, and the chef. I think the bathrooms could use some updates for the price point. But the house was clean!
